JUST IN: Mueller charges 13 Russians for election meddling

Mueller has charged 13 Russians with 2016 election meddling, saying they supported both Trump’s campaign and that of Bernie Sanders. But as MSNBC points out, these aren’t people they can bring into the courts because they are Russians and, I’m guessing, in Russia.
