Former NBA star Kareem Abdul Jabbar went on “Meet the Press” to defend Islam against “Islamophobia,” and claimed that poverty was the real reason Muslims turn to terror.

Unfortunately Kareem doesn’t know what he’s talking about because many terrorists don’t come from the poorest class, but indeed are very well educated and wealthy. Even far left liberal loon Chris Matthews rejects the notion that poverty is the cause for terrorism, since terrorism seems to especially afflict the Muslim world, whereas debilitating poverty is found all over the world.
But you can’t expect an idiot like Chuck Todd to actually challenge his guests with rational objections when they’re pushing a liberal narrative.
