Kira Davis: Charleston is evidence of how FAR we’ve come as a country

Kira Davis does a great monologue on race in America, on how far we’ve come as a country and what it would be like if we had a president that unified the country instead of dividing it. She also says this, which I think is a great statement and very true:

Charleston is not evidence of how racist we are, Charleston is evidence of how far we’ve come as a country.
