Here are some of the Twitter responses in the aftermath of Hillary getting off scot-free for what certainly amounted to gross negligence:
Hillary's activity is the DEFINITION of gross negligence. No prosecution. Lawlessness at the highest level.

I'm still having trouble reconciling Comey's statements with his recommendation.
— Jonah Goldberg (@JonahDispatch) July 5, 2016
This is the absolute best case scenario for Clinton given the devastating facts. He put it all on the table and said don't indict anyway.
— Phil Kerpen (@kerpen) July 5, 2016
It is hard to square Comey's comments on intent with the gross negligence standard of 18 U.S.C. § 793(f).
— Gabriel Malor (@gabrielmalor) July 5, 2016
NBC's Pete Williams says he believes this kind of statement from Comey was planned before the Lynch/Clinton meeting.
— Stephen Hayes (@stephenfhayes) July 5, 2016
Remember, you had to pay that BS parking, speeding, or emissions sticker ticket but no charges for Hillary's multiple felonies.

Shorter Comey:
"Extremely careless"
Classified at the time they were sent
May have been hacked
BUT:
"No reasonable prosecutor…"— Steven Dennis (@StevenTDennis) July 5, 2016
Comey: "No direct evidence" Clinton was hacked by hostile actors but possible it happened.
— Tom Nichols (@RadioFreeTom) July 5, 2016
If @hillaryClinton's actions made it "possible" that "hostile actors" gained access to her classified data, isn't that "gross negligence"?
— James Rosen (@JamesRosenTV) July 5, 2016
Could Hillary Clinton get a basic security clearance based on her past actions? A good Q from @JerylBier.
— Stephen Hayes (@stephenfhayes) July 5, 2016
The system is rigged. General Petraeus got in trouble for far less. Very very unfair! As usual, bad judgment.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 5, 2016
FBI director said Crooked Hillary compromised our national security. No charges. Wow! #RiggedSystem
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 5, 2016
Say what you will about Trump, but he’s right about this even though the media is already trying to pick his tweets apart, far more than they are interested in the evidence the FBI director presented against Hillary in the press conference.
