Obama’s been under fire since the 2nd Presidential Debate for not having a plan of how he’d turn the economy around in a 2nd term. Everyone on the right and the left seems agreed that he’s got no plan. So today Obama fixed that problem and released a new glossy booklet with his new 2nd term agenda in it. A little late you say? Sure, but even that might be an overstatement. CNN’s Jessica Yellin says this new plan isn’t anything new after all:
