LEVIN: Obama to use U.N. to ram through Iran deal, pretend it allows him to IGNORE CONSTITUTION

On Monday night, Mark Levin suggested that Obama will use the UN Security Council to ram through his nuclear agreement with Iran, making it look official, so then he can pretend it allows him to bypass his Constitutional responsibility to take this to the Senate for approval.

Here’s what I’m told on the lowdown. I’m told Obama might – he’s still thinking about it – try and get this through the UN Security Council given that he’s pulled Germany and France and Britain into the process. Well Germany is not on the Security Council…but France and Britain are — Russia is and China. And they would love nothing more, China and Russia, than to see the United States sellout to the Islamo-Nazi regime in Iran, which they’re helping. And of course the heads of France and Britain are toadies to Obama.

‘Sure Barry whatever you want! Just tell us.’

So anyway Obama may try and push it through that way, to make it a Security Council agreement or imposition to try and pretend that he’s giving it some kind of official imprimatur when in fact he’s not.

He can’t go around the Senate. This is a treaty and of course the Senate has a role but Obama doesn’t think so because Obama is a light-weight dictator. And that’s where his head is, among other places.
