Lt. Col. Ralph Peters says that it’s clear to him that Putin has the upper hand and he enjoys thumping Obama. He then compared Putin to the big bad Russian wolf and said Obama is a bunny rabbit.
He also said that our military today is nothing like the military under Carter. He said we have the best military in the world and in our history. He said the problem is that Obama is “far weaker” than Carter is probably the worst president we’ve ever had.
