Major Garrett from CBS News asked the White House spokesman why the American people should watch Obama’s ISIS speech if he’s not going to tell them how we are going to win against ISIS:
He’s exactly right. If Obama’s just going to treat ISIS like a problem that should be managed and not an enemy that should be destroyed, then what’s the point of his speech? If there’s no path to victory then whatever strategy he announces is going to be a bad strategy.
