The Democrats offered up this idiotic attempt to extend gun control in light of the San Bernardino terror attack, but it would have done absolutely NOTHING to prevent the two terrorists from getting their guns because they weren’t on their list. Rubio is right that this was just a ridiculous unconstitutional gun ban, and it was probably done purely for political purposes so that Democrats could criticize Republicans in the press…
