Mark Levin goes after David ‘the red’ Axelrod, tells Romney it’s time he pounded back

Mark Levin started his show by reading from an article called “David Axelrod, Lefty Lumberjack” in the American Spectator which is an extensive profile of Obama’s hatchet man which raises some very interesting details. You can read that one yourself.

But what’s happening now and the reason Levin is exposing David ‘the red’ Axelrod is that he is trying to say that Romney is the most secretive candidate ever and the media is following right along with that narrative. Which is why Levin tells the Romney campaign that they are getting their guts beat out of them right now and that they must fight back – the must pound back at the Obama campaign and his terrorist associations and his unreleased college transcripts that the media refuse to follow up on.

Hey Mitt, the fate the country rests on your shoulders. Sack up to the challenge man!

  • Nukeman60

Resko, 2 phony biographies, Ayers, Davis, transcripts, drug use, Khalidi, Wright: It’s about time these things were let loose out into the open. I’ve been waiting for a long time to get down and dirty about them. I’m drooling at the mouth to let loose.

Yes, the ecomony is important. Jobs are most important, as well. These things can be hung around Obama’s neck like an albatross. But the early days of Obama have to be shown the light of day in order to explain why things like the National security leaks, the Fast and Furious debacle, and the Obamacare tax/penalty scam were able to happen.

Obama is a fraud. Always has been, always will be. It’s about time we turned on the lights and watched the cockroaches scurry. Bring it on.

    • Dead on target. Every metric in Obama’s life is a contrivance of some sort.Nothing about him stands up to scrutiny. Yet there he sits ruling by decree and no one moves to challenge him. His actions have cost the lives of those sworn to protect this country, citizens of a neighboring country and aided and abetted the domestic enemies of that country. Are the lives lost to Fast & Furious worth less than arms control treaties? Is a Socialist/Narco- friendly regime in Mexico worth the life of one American law enforcement officer?the Obama WH placed their political agenda ahead of the safety of this nation and their means to justify that end are criminal.

  • Mitt needs to man up and go on the attack. Vet this person who occupies our White House so that We the People can see who he really is and start our recovery of freedom.

  • poljunkie

Mitt, if you stand up and fight ( with words) – we will fight with you.

Use everything you got, and lets win this thing.

    • M_J_S

I’m thinking if he would just lip-sync the Brave Heart speech, we’ll be good to go.

      • poljunkie

You’ve been bringing the awesome lately! haha

    • Cindy09

One thing Romney should do is dump Eric Fehrnstrom and get some one tougher that the latter as Political Advisor.

      • poljunkie

You and I are in TOTAL agree ment there Cindy.

  • Captain_Maynard

Consider the man who is now supposed to be our hope. He thrashes fellow ‘conservatives’ contesting the primaries with all he has, including the kitchen sink. But against the mother of all f****ers, Mr Obama, he becomes Mr Civility.

    For shame America. For shame.

    • poljunkie

Thats because hes hoping for the independents.

Its not going to work. Didnt work with Mc Cain either.

      • jondos

Hey, I’m an Independent, and I LOVE it when folks trash talk the blood sucker OBarry!

      • Captain_Maynard

Many independents (like me) hate Obama’s guts and are only independents because the Republican party has no testicular fortitude to do and say the things that need to be said and done and, instead, are often destroying the country with their own big-government policies.

If Romney doesn’t get that, he should pack up now and go home.

    • StrangernFiction

Heads they win, tails we lose.

    • 3boojums

pretend he has white hair and a big belly—- and “go nuts”. the economy is drowning and your’e still only , at best , tied !!! i’m having McCain deja vu, all over again

  • anyonebutbarry2012

Mitt needs to get sarah palin in his corner….. pick her or Allen West as VP,. call newt and find out how you talk back to media etc. his flimsy wishy washy ways not working. grow a spine . he needs to go after barry, plenty to go after . no more mr nice guy.

    • brendawatkins

No more Mr. Nice Guy.. You’re not playing with Mr. Clean.

      • anyonebutbarry2012

I liked Alice Cooper ! memories

  • Mitt is engaging in rope a dope right now. He will bring out the big guns in September.

    • Tom Thompson

I pray you’re right Brian. I imagine a nice zinger in the debates could be:
Mr. President, you’re right. There is a fundemental difference in our views for this country. Ya know, I believe that during your formative years all that cocaine and marijuana led to your falwed analytical and cognitive ability. It could be why you are a serial liar as well?

    • JRD1

The only rope a dope Etch-a-sketch is playing is trying to get Republicans to vote for him. It is what it is. Etch-a-sketch is a wimp. You are in denial. The only time Etch-a-sketch gets tough is with conservatives.

Knock yourself out trying to put lipstick on your pig!

  • 911Infidel

How did the community agitprop merchant from Kenya get to be worth 15 million bucks anyways? Where’d he leave his transcripts from college? On the Choom bus maybe? Or at Billyboy Ayers house. Maybe the whore that Ayers married is hiding them in her depends?

The Fast and Furious trail leads right to Obama. I just bet you he and his shoeshine boy Holder both conspired to dilute the second Amendment and used Fast & Furious as the tool to do it. Obama and Holder lied and 300 people died. So did a former Marine.

And why is Obama so friendly towards the cult of death and so unfriendly towards Israel? Could it be that Freudian slip he had with little Geogie Porgy was the truth?

Axlefraud and the rest of Obama’s boot licks have all the intellectual acumen of spider mites. Romney can take those morons down with ease if he just starts shooting back…
Attack, attack, attack…Forget about this civility nursery rhyme. It doesn’t exist on the left.

Romney needs to come out swinging like a prize fighter, not a palooka like Mclame and Viagraman Dole were.

  • MaxineCA

What angers me the most in our situation, is that we watched the primaries and saw our favorite candidates taken out one by one by one, (due to the Romney lies and smears) until the only one left standing was Romney. We were discouraged, frustrated and confused. Of course we all know politics is a dirty business, but Romney seemed to be the only one playing that game.

I begrudgingly had to accept that it was ABO. I figured if Romney could ruin so many great candidates, I was hopeful he would REALLY take it to Obama. I don’t understand Romney doing so much damage our candidates, why oh why is he not taking the gloves off to take down Obama?

Step up Romney and take it to Obama, we know you know how to do it. DO IT NOW!

    • StrangernFiction

I don’t understand Romney doing so much damage our candidates, why oh why is he not taking the gloves off to take down Obama?

      He’s not on our side.

      • MaxineCA

What side is he on? No matter how hard I try to be hopeful that Obama and his whole regime gets kicked to the curb, I get more depressed everyday wondering if Romney will get down in the mud and play Chicago politics to do it. If he can’t take on Obama, how the heck is he going to take on Putin and many others?

        • Linky1

That’s the sad truth of it, Maxine.

Here in Canada, we had many good conservative candidates that went up against the big red Liberal Party machine (like Obama’s Chicago thugs) and yet, the Liberals always won. It took a lot of years before things turned around and while today’s Conservative government isn’t quite what we intended, it’s a damn sight better than what we had.

Glenn Beck said recently of Romney “Well, he’s not a Marxist.” That’s not a ringing endorsement for a candidate, no matter who it comes from.

The point is-where’s a Republican candidate with the backbone to fight in the trenches against Obama? That’s the first and most important battle to be won.

    • Maxine this is what Newt was counting on happening. Remember he is the smartest man in any room and he knew Willard would crumble.

All is not lost yet. Tampa is coming and Willard will be removed. Delegates are not aligning and Newt or Sarah will emerge. Why? Because they are leaders and they know America needs them, not someone that is too much like Obama.

  • c4pfan

Isn’t that what Jindal and someone else is doing by shadowing Obama’s bus tour? Seems like Mitt’s people should imagine that Obama is a Republican and that will get them more passionate!

  • c4pfan

So, what happened with Christie? I would think since he doesn’t seem to be a VP pick, he’d be Mitt’s fall guy.

  • StrangernFiction

Obama isn’t rearranging deck chairs, he’s steering the ship right at the iceberg.

  • If I were gay, I would sooo much love this man! :p

  • keninil

I think Mark is partly right. I think Romney’s surrogates/superPACs need to take the gloves off and go after Obama’s hidden past, bowing to kings, LOST Treaty, UN gun treaty, socialist moves, Job-killing treaties/regulations (that he has direct control), Obama’s over-protection/isolation of himself from the populace, etc.

These need to be repeated over and over by surrogates in MSM interviews with promises that the footage is not cut to make the surrogate look like an idiot.

Romney needs to stay on the economy and Obamacare damage.

  • FutureOnePercent

Mittens needs to fire every one of his advisors, because they are blowing it for him.

    • stage9

Yeah, cuz Obamney has ALWAYS been a man with a fiery gut…

      C’mon folks!

      • FutureOnePercent

LOL true… what was I thinking!

    • Linky1

It’s 2008 all over again, I’m afraid. I’m not bashing Romney but you’re right-get some backbone, bring in some people who can fight the left with their own weapons and when the time comes, get someone like Allen West as VP.

  • carmtom13

This needs to go viral. They want answers from Romney, well we wants answers from BHO. There is a saying show me your friends and I’ll tell you what you are.

  • NJK

    Hitler on the big lie.

It has been repeated so often that virtually no one bothers to challenge it: Adolf Hitler created and used the “Big Lie,” one of his many evil techniques. As holds true for so many things we are told, this belief, too, must be examined to see the underlying truth.

“All this was inspired by the principle — which is quite true in itself — that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper stata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily, and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation.” ~Hitler Mein Kampf

I wonder what his new little friend John “Benedict” Roberts feels about his friends lying. Oh, that’s right, he lies too, “a tax, not a tax, a tax, not a tax.”

Isn’t it amazing, Obama has a friend who’s a terrorist and one a Supreme Court Cheif Justice. Who would have ever believed it. Ayers and Roberts, Obama’s friends.

    • WordsFailMe

      13. Proof of life?

      Nice summary NJK!

    • NYGino

      True social security number.

  • MaxineCA

Holy Cow! I listen to Mark’s show every night on line after they archive the show. If you missed it today, you’ve got to listen ( I’ve just heard the first 17 mins before the clip being posted here. Mark exposes the background of Axelrod and his ties to the Communist party, etc.

Thank goodness for conservative talk radio and the internet or we would all be in the dark. What the heck is Romney going to do with this info? I think we should all start e-mailing his campaign and demanding that they expose this corrupt, anti-American regime based on the truth that we all know. Unfortunately, too many millions who watch LSM are in the dark.

  • mechanic540

Unless the lot of you have a plan to purchase the alphabet networks and replace all the progressive staffers your whistling past the graveyard. Mitt can scream at the top of his lungs but the media forest is just too thick with lefties for the message to get through. But thanks for thinking its possible, optimism is such a nice thing to bring to a losing campaign.

  • Scott Hanson

99% of the Anybody But Romney crowd knew this would be one of the certain outcomes of rushing to nominate the next man in line to battle TheOne. Mark Levin warned Romney seemed to lose his fighting spirit, except when battling conservatives.

We have sad-sack RINO losers because we keep picking sad-sack RINO losers and then hope they will change.

    • Guest1776rcp

Mark Levin warned Romney seemed to lose his fighting spirit, except when battling conservatives.

WHich speaks volumes about where Romney’s passion really lies. Etch-A-Sketch is a RINO through and through and dislikes the right-wingers.

  • Scott Hanson

Romney wouldn’t have chosen Ferhnstrom if there was a real maverick bone in his body. Mitt is playing to lose like the last few losers. He still hasn’t evaluated the idea that “you need to win the moderates and independents to win.” The Democrats keep pushing socialism, no matter how many times it fails. Our side keeps pretending if we serve the blandest oatmeal we will have the most customers. The moderates and independents are, by definition, the people least interested and informed about politics. They get most of their views from the commielib media. When our guy accepts the premise of the media’s “when did you stop beating your wife” type questions our guy confirms everything the leftwing media says.

  • librtifirst

I’m starting to think that the establishment might just leave Obama in, considering where Romney is going with this whole thing. After Clinton dissed Obama, and the media was hitting him hard, I was almost sure that they were going to change him out with Romney. If they don’t put Romney in, then I fear that the house may get changed back to a democrat majority. Its all a matter of what legislation they want to pass on us.

  • Yazz55

For some time now, I’ve been of the perspective that D “RED” Axelrod writes the material for the teleprompter to be read by the obamessiah.

  • Romney doesn’t seem like an inspiring man. Sigh!

    • tofubamboo

do does Obama inspire you? If so, God help you.

  • Axelrod stopped short of calling Romney “black”. “Secretive?” Good God in Heaven! From a man whose candidate has at least three known aliases?

  • GetWhatYouPayFor

Blaming the “campaign” is a cop out. Listen to Barrack. “You can put lipstick on a pig but…………..”. Those who bring a knife to a gun fight never get the chance to reload. What would the appointments and staff in a Romney Presidency look like? Who has he hired to date? Tim Pawlenty and friends? He is, who we thought he was and it wasn’t he personally who gutted the conservative opposition. He is the guy that won’t appear in public without his wife by his side. The “establishment” fears real leadership. Sad but true, and at a time when this Country is in dire need of real leadership.

    • A thousand likes. People are finally realizing what the Republican elites have done to us. The primaries were rigged and that’s a fact!

  • Mitt knows that if he delves into Obama’s background that he will be exposed as well. He won’t do it and we need to realize that.

We don’t have a man who is a leader as our candidate. He’s not willing to get down and dirty and sends out Tim Pawlenty and Bobby Jindal to do his bidding. Mitt is a manager and will send people out to do what he won’t do. Surely, Donald Trump sees this and has made a huge mistake in endorsing Romney.

  • Kent L Booher

What the media refuses to discuss, the Romney campaign should. I know it is the economy. Let’s show the world who this liar in the White House really is

  • gunsmithkat

Axlerod is not just a red diaper baby like Obama, he’s also the father of astro-turfing. There are many things in his past worth exposing such as his company’s astro-turf support for the higher rates imposed on Illinois residents for electricity.

  • Axelrod’s biggest problem this year is that he is unable to magically come into possession of sealed divorce records as he did in races against Blair Hull and Jack Ryan. He is pure scum.

  • He’s right. If Romny keeps playing the “nice guy” he will lose.Obama’s a turd that has communisistic learnings that wants,IS turning America into another CUBA ! Why wont Romny yell that out,,”HE’S A COMMIE ” but he wont.Because Romnt still thinks Obama’s a nice guy.
Guys,I feer for our country.I am afraid Romny will try and “Nice” his way to another failed persidential run and WE end up gettin the shaft. His handlers must tell him to get pissed ! Tell the world what Obama really is.Stand on the mountain top and tell it to the masses VOTE FOR ME !OBAMA IS WRONG FOR AMERICA !
    Will he ?

  • NYGino

Romney should look at the results of Obama’s strategy towards other countries, Russia being a prime example. Obama said he would have a new tone towards them, he’ll reset the game by being ‘nice’ and ‘non threatening’ and bowing down and always apologizing for America all around the world. By one mea culpa after another. By declaring to the world that America is not an exceptional Nation and sorry once again for being an inconsiderate world neighbor.

What has this gotten us other than scorn and our loss of stature?

Romney has to stop pulling punches and call spades spades. Let everybody know the real Obama as Levin says. It’s ‘no more Mr. nice guy’ or no more country.

  • DebbyX

Romney’s problem seems to be that he’s used to dealing with business people. Most of whom are educated and listen to reason. His campaign manager needs to tell him politics is NOT business. It’s corrupt and he’s gonna have to get his hair messed up a bit if he’s going to win over some hearts and minds.
