Paul Ryan told Mark Levin several years ago that we could repeal at least 85% of Obamacare via budget reconciliation. Yet he hasn’t lifted a finger in trying to do so. Well last week, as presumptive Speaker, he had a chance to push for this but instead voted on a bill that only repeals a tiny part of Obamacare, leaving the most expensive parts in place. Mark Levin asks why he would do that when he said that we could absolutely repeal most of it.
