MARK LEVIN: It’s time to call it BoehnerCare because he wont support vote to defund ObamaCare

Boehner told the House Republican membership in a telephone meeting a short while ago that the Republican leadership will NOT pursue defunding Obamacare, that they will only pursue saving from the sequestration. Levin responded to this news by saying we need to change the name of Obamacare to Beohner care and start repeating it over and over.

I bet Boehner holding that telephone meeting with the Republican membership was a direct result of all the pressure Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and others are creating with this Defund Obamacare push. I bet Republicans have been burning the leadership’s ears, telling them that their constituents want them to vote to defund. And this phone call was a way to try and stop Republicans from moving in that direction.

That’s my guess.

Thank you Boehner for BOEHNERCARE- you louse

  • Tallgal83

Boehner and the gang like Ocare especially since they have been saved from it.

  • Stehekin912

And all the little Republican milquetoast weenies cowered in their chairs and put their fingernails in their mouths and with frightened, submissive expressions said in teeny weeny squeaky voices….OK.
STAND UP you pitiful wretches!  Stand up for the PEOPLE you are supposed to represent!

  • yhxqqsn

i wouldn’t be surprised if the repubs think letting obamacare cause voter pain will do the dems more harm than aggressively trying to stop obamacare with defunding or other legislative means because the media will just blow up like a volcano and have a field day repeatedly reporting that the repubs are (you fill in the blank) and aren’t fit for public office. Sadly the voters will probably swallow whole any democrat lie about the cause of their pain and it won’t be obamacare. It’ll probably be ‘the repubs caused this’.

  • RickeyGlover

How about O-Boehnor care?Give both clowns their due!

  • Orangeone

And the GOP is encouraging repubs to run in 2014 on “repeal ObamaCare”

  • uncmetsgal

I would encourage ALL Ohioans who live in his district to vote for the Democrat.  I’m. Dead. Serious.

  • 57thunderbird

uncmetsgal If only he was in my district.I would be happy to donate to his opponent.

  • Orangeone

That’s not all, Mr Fake Benghazi Jason Chaffetz has now come out for amnesty.

  • Stehekin912

I hear ya..who are you less likely to support – the one who gives you pain, or the one who as the power to stop the pain, but walks past you while you suffer?  hmmmmm

  • Orangeone

Stehekin912 My vote goes to the Dems. The only message to give the GOP is “You’re fired”

  • nosilasunny

At this point, I wish Boehner would’ve just voted for the thing to start with and then I wouldn’t have to give one thought to his traitorous self again. Save the false opposition and indignation for people who care.

  • uncmetsgal

57thunderbird uncmetsgal I think it’s the only way to be rid of him.  I don’t believe he would fall to a primary challenger — too much money, too much establishment entrenchment on his side.  But I DO think we could then replace the Dem with a Tea Party Conservative — I know it seems counter-productive, but we’d only lose the seat for 2 years… It’s a trade I’d be willing to make.  Just my $0.02

  • Orangeone

uncmetsgal 57thunderbird That’s what we are doing to my Rep, he barely won over Dem in 2012.  He supports ObamaCare, Amnesty, taxpayer funded student loans, etc.  He’ll be fired.

  • clubgitmo

JB is a useless POS. Plain and simple.

  • Bill589

The only thing worse than a Dem Leftist is a GOP Leftist. I would vote for the Dem too.

  • jazzee

SO they are not even going to fight to push off the mandate for all of us?
Of course not what the hell do they care they have theirs
Boehner should be removed ……………he is worthless and a complete obamaer zombie
go luck GOP………… all stink big time

  • jazzee

Orangeone WHAT???? OH NO they are all caving for this amnesty garbage

  • Rep paul

  • Orangeone

jazzee Orangeone Why yes he chose race over America too. They are all fakes and Chaffetz is also blocking a Benghazi Select Committee along with Gowdy. Benghazi is nothing but a 2014 campaign topic for these traitors. I slammed Chaffetz on Twitter and have been tweeting stories of Americans murdered by illegal aliens to them all.

  • Orangeone

Johnny Boy wants to “erode” BoehnerCare.  Well Johnny defund it or you own it. This WILL NOT be a 2014 campaign issue and we are not distracted from your massive amnesty push.  Sites like TRS and Twitter keep up informed of your activities, we are awake, watching and will hold you accountable.

  • Orangeone

jazzee He is kicking the can with baby continuing resolutions so the big one contains funding for amnesty. That should toss the deficit to $25 trillion.

  • qianqian633

  • deTocqueville1

Bonehead the loser! Time for a massive assault on the GOPe and DC insiders.

  • strangernfiction

Why any conservative would want to have anything to do with the Repubican Party is beyond me.

  • strangernfiction

    uncmetsgal Exactly

  • K-Bob

I like it!  I never use barack’s last name anymore because he has lost all my respect.  So I was calling it SCOAMFcare.  But Boehnercare is MUCH more appropriate now.

  • Orangeone

K-BobLooks like Johnny doesn’t have all singing his song yet. Even yahoo posted this

  • Laurel A

Unless the bulk of these guys are challenged in the primaries I predict mid-terms not going well. Mid-terms don’t typically have a lot of turn out as it is and with the malaise happening on both sides of the aisle I don’t see a victory in the works.

  • K-Bob

Pat and Stu ran a clip of Hannity saying something like, “If they don’t get behind this defund it effort, they’ve lost me”

  • Dr. Strangelove

K-Bob I like to call him 0. That’s zero, not the letter O.

  • Dr. Strangelove

What’s wrong with Cryboehner, anyway? If you bend over and grab your ankles enough do you get to like it?

  • strangernfiction

K-Bob strangernfiction We’ll see if Hannity puts up. I doubt it.

  • msieng

Hannity and Levin have both said this could end the GOP for them.
What is the alternative?  If, as I have said, all the RNC has to do is get by the primary, then they are home free.
Are they, and all conservatives, ready to stay home, or vote the other party in the general election, to send a message?

What are you prepared to do?

  • CaseyGeorge

BoehnerCare…what you should seek after an erection lasting more than 4 hours 🙂

  • DocBarry1

The House Republicans must rebel and throw out this weak leader and his leadership if they support him.  Boehner is going to go down as the weakest House Leader in History.
The House is in the Republican majority because of conservatives, the Tea Party and Governor Palin.
He allows a president to walk all over him. the president is acting lawless and b stands quiet.
B won’t even authorize a Select Committee on Benghazi – he must be replaced before another vote is taken – he is someone the party must spurn of go down in flames in future elections. If the House doesn’t rebel then it is on them!!!

  • Longiron

msieng Sooner or later Rush, Levin and Hannity have to realize that 3rd party is the ONLY solution. They for some reason think RUBIO is not a RINO/GOP/French PUB. Their is only one party in DC and they have not come to grips with that yet????? The RINO/GOP establishment is to want to lose the HOUSE and Senate in 2014 and by 2016 the people will vote for anything other than a DEM again. They could care what happens to anyone other than themselves and getting them in power. Sounds insane BUT that is the RINO/GOP plan. Watch it play out !

  • lawngreen

Terrific idea, Mark! I will begin using the term right now. Let boner feel the pain.

  • subie201

Boehner is a lying, politically self-absorbed TRAITOR! He cares only about HIS own power and nothing for Americans or what we want! Hey Ohio, get rid of this do-nothing jerk!

  • subie201

Boehnhead MUST go…Boehnhead MUST go…Boehnhead MUST go!

  • bongobear

Boehner is just like Harry Reid.

  • USMC 64-68

Quisling is an appropriate description of Boehner and the “establishment” “rino” republicans.
I have no respect for progressive democrats because they are subverting the country and taking us into a tyrannical state.
Surprisingly – I have less respect for the republicans.

  • Mark Wilson New Mexico

I say call it B O Care, because it stinks to the high heavens.

  • kong1967

I am increasingly supporting defunding Obamacare.  It’s dangerous and could explode in our faces, but i don’t hear a plan associated with not defunding the bill.  If you’re going to choose an alternative method, you have to have a game plan.  Quite frankly, I don’t hear one from Boehner other than to wait it out until the elections.  Problem with that is, we may not win….and Obamacare will destroy this nation by then.
Boehner, what’s your game plan to fight Obamacare NOW?

  • victoria_29

Tonight in New Hampshire Ted Cruz laid out a perfect, flawless plan to defund Obamacare aka Boehnercare and even explained to the cowardly Republicans how to win the PR battle.

  • victoria_29

DocBarry1 Tonight in New Hampshire Ted Cruz asked everyone to sign petition at  he said we have 38 days to sign this and get 15 of our friends to sign it, that this will put pressure on idiots like Boehner.

  • MichaelAdams3

Boehner and Eric Cantor need to be removed from leadership. I will either have the pledge of my Republican representative that he will never vote for them to hold leadership positions again, or my representative will have my pledge that I will never vote for HIM again.

  • msieng

I have been hearing the GOP wring hands and weep over the shutdown of the government.
    1) The GOP says “we won’t vote for a CR that includes funding for ocare”.  If it does, and we don’t vote for it, then it is the democrats shutting down the government.  What is hard about explaining that.
    2) If Ocare is 63% unpopular, then what political price will be paid for fighting it?
    3) Even my representative, Alan Nunlee, has voted to fund this, and then lied to my face about it.  According to him, the funding is baked into the Ocare cake.  Which has been debunked ad nauseum.
Again, I’m seeing a lot of talk, but what will you do at voting time?
Are you willing to fall on the sword you want the GOP to fall on?

  • USMC 64-68

This new socialistic program will be the final nail in America’s coffin.
The idea of waiting to undo the commie programs of the progressive democrats is unrealistic.  I’ll submit as evidence:  income tax, social security, welfare, and hundreds of other wealth confiscation and redistribution programs.

  • kong1967

USMC 64-68  Yeah, I kinda convinced myself while I was making a statement earlier yesterday.  Three more years of not being able to repeal Obamacare.  Even if we fight it another way, that other way has to be now.  Three years is too long and Obamacare will do too much damage and will be harder to uproot.
    We have to act now.

  • USMC 64-68

That’s the same question the people of Germany and Russia had to face as they felt the hand of tyranny tightening around their necks.
I’m willing to fight, and that means I’m ready to suffer the consequences.  There never was a fight for liberty without casualties.

  • subie201

    Semper Fi my friend!

  • applepie101

America is dying from a thousand cuts, but none of them are cuts in spending. Boehner has sided with the Obama administration, but I also blame every republican who voted him back into the speakership. They knew what he’d do with the power they gave him, yet voted him in anyway.

  • Jds

KEEP LEADING THE WAY GREAT ONE! We need to get these useless repubecans out and more of these new bloods in like Rand and Cruz! I can’t take McCain anymore – time for pasture!
