Mark Levin makes a full-throated ASSAULT on the minimum wage

After hearing ‘severe conservative’ Mitt Romney go on MSNBC yesterday morning and support raising the minimum wage, Mark Levin wondered on his radio show last night if we would ever hear a full-throated defense of free market capitalism again, noting it’s the only economic system of the face of the earth that has created more wealth for more people than any other system.

In that spirit, Mark Levin went after this idea that raising the minimum wage was consistent with the mantra “better jobs for better pay” and made a full-throated assault on the minimum wage:

I hear a couple of candidates who want to be president, who wanted to be president — they also have been defending the minimum wage. I am here to make a full-throated assault against it BECAUSE I have compassion for low skilled workers. BECAUSE I have compassion for blue-collar workers. BECAUSE I have compassion for young people.

I am going to make a full-throated attack on the minimum wage.
