Mark Levin says Obama latest gun control initiative is exactly what the 2nd amendment was attempting to stop! He states emphatically that the Bill of Rights do not belong to Obama, the ATF or the federal government, but rather they belong to the American people which is the whole point.
Levin also points out that technically Obama, as is being reported, isn’t going around Congress with his unconstitutional gun control plans. Because just as Obama doesn’t have the authority to alter the 2nd Amendment, neither does Congress have that authority as well.
