Mark Levin opened his show today saying ‘It’s a sad day in America’, pointing out that Hillary absolutely met every single element of this crime, over and over again.
Levin said the question shouldn’t be whether Hillary would be indicted, but rather whether she serves a life prison sentence or not.

Levin is referring to Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18) which only sets the bar at gross negligence, not intent.
