Mia Love to CNN: I wasn’t elected because of the color of my skin

Mia Love rejected the ‘race’ narrative and told CNN straight up that neither race nor gender had anything to do with her election, that it was about principles, integrity, and Utah values. When they pressed her on the issue of race, she was even more blunt to say that most of constituents are white and that she wasn’t elected because of the color of her skin.
