Mike Baker and Col. David Hunt on Benghazi: Who was watching and what assets were available

Former CIA operative Mike Baker and Retired Col. David Hunt were on Judge Jeanine tonight to discuss who knew and who was watching the attack unfold as well as what assets were available and how quick could they get there. As you might expect, it just makes the Obama admin look even more incompetent.

When Obama called the SEALS, they killed Osama.
When the SEALS called Obama, he killed them .

    • deeme

That is priceless and very very sad…The fact that he is out there this week still trying to take credit for al qaeda being decimated, is proof he takes his base for idiots..

      • cheezwhizz

Shamelessly lifting this from another site, but I know Walid is welcome here, so read up friends

If all of this is true, Obama is worse than a traitor.

            He’s the enemy.

              • badbadlibs

He is the enemy, but the Number One enemy is the media who refuses to cover this story or anything that reflects negatively on bo.
IF bo wins it will be the fault of the media and an electorate who is either too stupid or too lazy (I hope it’s just too busy) to look past the facade that is bo and his anti American machine.
This race shouldn’t even be close.

                • Sober_Thinking

                  Spot on.

The media has in effect, become domestic terrorists. “Low-Information” voters are also a major problem in this nation… if they knew the truth, many of them would wake up and do the right thing. And you are correct, this race shouldn’t even be slightly close.

We must continue to fight the good fight.

                • binky354

I agree with you about the media.

“What you’ve seen in some of the statements that have been made by these terrorist organizations is that they do not regard African life as valuable in and of itself. They see it as a potential place where you can carry out ideological battles that kill innocents without regard to long-term consequences for their short-term tactical gains.”

Why does Barry care about Al Qaeda acting in their long-term interests?

          I think many here know.

      • kong1967

What happened to that Bin Laden video that gives Obama credit for everything? It was supposed to air sometime right before the election. Did they postpone it? I forgot about it.

        • anotherworriedmom

          I think it airs tonight.

          • kong1967

Oh, goodie goodie. The problem for Obama is that if they glorify him, which I heard it does, that will make the public angry….other than his core voters. He did not kill Bin Laden, but from what I understand this movie stars him and focuses on him. What a crock. I hope it backfires right up his communist @ss.

        • I believe it airs tonight on National Geographic. OPSEC will have their ad running and still need donations to keep it running through Tuesday. https://support.opsecteam.org/donation4/?initiativekey=KFH0PRDTDX8F

I’m glad you mentioned this. I wanted to post this when SCOOP does a story about it later (which I’m sure they will) but:

5 Key Factual Inconsistencies in the Allegedly Pro-Obama ‘Seal Team 6′ Bin Laden Movie

SEAL Team, Osama movies are based on Obama mendacity, say critics

“Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely (U.S. Army-Ret.), chairman of the non-profit, non-partisan Stand Up America, told the Examiner that his organization’s research team, led by Scott Winchell, learned that President Barack Obama, contrary to news media tales, wasn’t even aware of the raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan, by Navy SEAL Team Six to either capture or kill al-Qaeda’s iconic leader Osama Bin Laden on May 1st, 2011. In fact, according to Gen. Vallely and Winchell, Obama found out about the commencement of the operation after the helicopters with SEAL Team Six had crossed into Pakistani airspace.

The SUA analysts allege that the most sophisticated deception techniques were used to make this very dangerous penetration into Pakistan without Pakistan knowledge.

“The President was notified at the golf course and called off the golf course which is why he was sitting in the strange sitting position in the picture that documented the White House operation room event,” said Gen. Vallely, speaking to Law Enforcement Examiner via telephone.

            • Thanks Stage9. I’ll have to read it later, gotta head out to church. God Bless our soldiers!!

          • kong1967

Lol, Obama voters will have to have cable to watch it….I believe. I have that channel but I don’t watch it. If it’s only on cable it probably won’t get a very high rating, and many watching will be watching only to see how it portrays Obama as compared to the military. Many will leave very p***ed off.

            Thanks for the link.

      • Zero put Al Qaeda in power in Libya, then represents himself as the Al Qaeda killer, after standing down our military and letting the consulate burn.

        • Orangeone

But he’s made himself a hero with his fellow mooslims for destroying America and demonstrating his “flexibility” with the military after the election is over.

Libyan Leaks: More Secret Documents Reveal Obama’s failure in Libya

      This is bad, bad, bad!!!

    • bobemakk

Terrible, but probably true. Obama hesitated 3 times before he said ok to take out Bin Laden. And the Navy Seals did it, not Obama, who takes credit after the hesitations. Romney must win and anyone who votes for Obama is really a fool.

  • odin147

If the one gets reelected after all this, for the first time in my life I would be ashamed to call my self an American.

    • deeme

I will have to agree with that..To think that honor doesn’t matter in the man you want to lead your country is the least of it..We don’t even think honesty matters..or caring about the fallen, or taking a moment from four years of campaigning..He’s the b.s. master..

      • kong1967

He must not be too much of a B.S. master because he’s not fooling most of us. Obama is a very bad liar. People are fooled because they want to be fooled. No different than O.J. Simpson. No matter what happens….it’s Bush’s fault….someone else did it.

    • kong1967

No, don’t say that. You are pure American. if Obama gets re-elected we got beat by the anti-American communist pricks. When did it become patriotic to want to be a socialist nation? Our founding fathers would laugh in Obama’s face and escort him to the border. That’s if they didn’t find a handy rope before they got there.

    • theresaaa

You shouldn’t think that way .
I am and always will be proud to be an American .

I was in London last summer and a friend there said to me ” You Americans are too good a people to have such a wrenched president ”
They don’t judge the American people by our government . Neither should we be ashamed of ourselves because we are ashamed of our government.
Take pride in your people , take pride in those who serve this nation . We are still the greatest people on Earth.

      • colliemum

Yes – and thank you for posting this!

Please remember: it is only the old, prejudiced, corrupt media here in the UK (especially the BBC) who use the arguments of the screaming, left and corrupt media in the USA to ‘tell us’ how we ought to think about Americans.

We, who don’t live in the political bubble that is Westminster, London ( its like your Beltway) , do not think like that, and are as capable to make up our own minds as you are.
After all, we are cousins, aren’t we!

      • I try not to compare us with other countries to determine how great we are. All governments are corrupt, and that is what all governments should be judged upon. So, the American people have a corrupt government. Deciding how corrupt they are compared to others is all we are really determining.

We can, and should, separate the American people from the government when determining how “great” our country is, but if we claim to have a government approved by the people, we have to recognize that government is what we make it. Government does not do bad things with the approval of the people, therefor the people are not bad, they are just ignorant, and/or lazy. They could also be oppressed to the point of not being able to do anything about it.

The US will look at another country’s government and determine that we must go in and take them out. We go in and take over the country, occupy it militarily, disarm the people, and run raids through their neighborhoods while bombing targets that kill innocents.

Strangely enough, good people do nothing, and bad things happen. Americans, as a people, can be implicated in wrongdoing through our approval of government through democratic elections, and our apathy about what our government does.

Jesus said “why do you call me a good, for no one is good except God”? Using the word “great” to describe any institution of man is not spiritually honest or productive. Calling any person or people good is not biblical. If we cannot call ourselves good, then we certainly cannot call ourselves great.

Consider the pride that emits from that statement. It goes beyond just the facts and well into the realm of nationalism. Nationalism has never produced good things. All we have to do is look at the ultimate example with Germany in the 1930s. Hitler had to fabricate an enemy and propagate a sense of national pride that would cause the people to follow his leadership, and straight into totalitarian rule.

It scares me when conservatives use the word “leader” when talking about politicians, because they are not supposed to lead us in any way. They are supposed to follow the people, not the other way around. When I see someone use the word “leader” and follow it up with statements of national pride, I see that as a dangerous thing.

Pride comes before a fall, and the people of this country have allowed their pride to cause them to support the government in doing really bad things. Most conservatives supported the Patriot Act, and the NDAA that took away our right to due process. The patriot act took away our right to privacy. Now we have a “leader” who has his own kill list, and has killed three American citizens without any due process whatsoever.

Government does bad things, and the people support them. So, how much longer must we go along with this distortion of reality, and spiritually degrading mentality that is bound to eventually lead to totalitarianism. We have already been put under the power of authoritarians, and do nothing to stop it.

        Just my thoughts.

        • Nukeman60

I’m proud to be an American and I consider this nation great. I don’t think either of those two statements are blasphemous, lacking in spiritual honesty, or nonproductive.

Also, our politicians do have to ‘lead’ us. Leading from behind is Obama’s philosophy. We elect them to do our bidding, whether they actually do that or not. They do not follow us, they administrate for us or get shown the door. Hitler, much like Obama did with Americans, fooled the German people. He did not survive his thousand year Reich and Obama will not survive his.

I understand that your comments are just your thoughts, but I find much of it to be a dissertation to dissolve government itself, which is not what the American people want. That merely leads to anarchy and our founding father’s felt that, even though government should be limited, it still is necessary to achieve what a people as a whole desire.

          • I would say that I am glad to be an American, and happy to defend my country.

Politicians can have a party leader, or lead an agenda, but they should not lead the people. The people should lead themselves and judge all thing critically. This is not possible when we are being led by political figures, or anyone else for that matter.

How can a citizen being led determine to disobey unconstitutional orders? Many are led into doing bad things, and this would not be such a problem, as it is today, if people were leading themselves first, and simply doing their duty based on their oath which requires them to act in such a manner as to not be led by a person, but by the rule of law, and by informed choice.

The word pride is never used in the context of being something good, in the bible. It is always a bad thing. Pride is a feeling, and we cannot trust our feelings, as they can lead us in the wrong direction. If our minds do not consciously vet our feelings, then we lose control of what we say, and what we do. We may not go ballistic, but we are now under the influence of those who may be causing the feelings that we are not controlling. Pride is a feeling that can be used to manipulate entire societies into doing things that they wouldn’t normally do.

I do not advocate for “no government’. Never have. I believe that it is a necessary evil, just as some founders did. I am not a founding father cult member, but rather, I agree with the philosophy that they founded this country one. That philosophy led them to create a supreme rule of law.

When our government decimates and usurps our rule of law, and our citizens support the people who are doing it, I will not be able to say that I am happy with either. If the government and the people make up our “nation”, and our nation does bad things, then it is only honest to say that I am not happy with them.

The only explanation that I have for people who go straight to saying that I hate my country for saying that I am not happy with it, is that their emotional pride is effecting their ability to think rationally, so that they could possibly consider that there is sometimes a reason to “not be” proud of one’s country.

            • Nukeman60

You are parsing words way too much here. When saying a politician ‘leads’ the people, it is not in the fashion a dog is led by the collar. They are merely put in the forefront to do our bidding.

You say pride is a feeling. That’s true. We all have feelings. ‘Glad’ and ‘happy’ are feelings too. None of those three necessarily control our reasoning to the point we aren’t rational.

There are two meanings for ‘pride’. Per the definition, “Pride is an inwardly directed emotion that carries two common meanings. With a negative connotation, pride refers to an inflated sense of one’s personal status or accomplishments, often used synonymously with hubris. With a positive connotation, pride refers to a satisfied sense of attachment toward one’s own or another’s choices and actions, or toward a whole group of people, and is a product of praise, independent self-reflection, or a fulfilled feeling of belonging.”

You refer to the first (hubris), while I refer to the second (product of praise). They are totally different and should be recognized as such.

It’s good you don’t advocate ‘no government’, but your statements didn’t indicate that. In fact, they indicated that you do.

I agree with the philosophy that they founded this country one.‘ – l

I don’t know what that means.

Our government is presently decimating and usurping our rule of law, but that does not mean the people support it. That is what the rule of law is for in the first place, to allow the people to rid themselves of said government, much like we will on Tuesday.

And lastly, I never said that you hate your country. You imply that I did. That is disingenuous.

              • Being in the forefront to do our bidding is not “leading”, it is following, in my opinion.

There is nothing wrong with “feeling” pride. That pride can lead us to praise something, or someone. The issue that I take with national pride, is that it is biased when applied to all things. When it is spoken in such a manner as to lift up a country, or an individual beyond what is entirely reasonable as a whole, then we run the risk of falling due to pride. When we do things as a country, we need to use critical thinking and skepticism along the way, so as not to be drawn into supporting unrighteous actions, and to send a message to our representatives. If they sense that they are the reason for Americans lacking pride in our country, then they will be pressured to change.

What we see coming from our politicians and our media is a marching tune of national pride. There is plenty of evidence to determine that this pride is blinding people from recognizing bad things, or simply causing people to be forgiving beyond reason. Compromise is what comes from this, and with compromise comes corruption.

For me, it isn’t a matter of pride being bad, but how it manifests itself throughout society, and with an individual. No feeling is bad, in and of itself. Anger can be righteous, which is what we call indignation. When a person’s actions are such that anger is obviously the cause, then it usually is not good. The bible only uses it to describe bad things that come from it, not to say that the feeling is bad. Loving something enough to have positive feelings about it is perfectly natural, which is how I feel about my country, I just wouldn’t refer to it as pride, myself.

I didn’t mean to infer that you were saying that I hate my country. I said “for people who say that I hate my country” . The reason that I said that was because it describes the effect of pride on some people’s rational concerning something that I said. I have had that said to me, even her on this site.

“I agree with the philosophy that they founded this country (one)” was a spelling error. Sorry that it was confusing. I will change it.

      • BS61

Thanks and well said – still I’m outta here if Barack wins!

        • Where will you go? I know that some don’t want to be hear for the crash, and are considering south America.

    • p m

Please don’t be, odin, ever. This aberration, even if he were to get in by theft of the election (which he won’t) can’t undo the greatness of America’s past, present and future achievements. Stay proud.

(I can’t see him being allowed to continue for another 4 years, especially with the mood in the Military right now, not to mention the citizens.)

    • Nukeman60

Whether Obama gets reelected or not (and I’m one who has faith in the American voter that it will not happen), I am proud to be an American. I am proud of what our founders created for themselves and for their future generations. I am proud that the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence have lasted this long and I’m hopeful that they will continue to be a force in the world for a long time to come.

What I am ashamed of is that Obama is an American. I’m ashamed of his administration and what they’ve done to this great nation. And I’m ashamed of the Media who have sustained this Obamination with their lies, their coverups and their withholding information in order to bamboozle the American people into believing something that isn’t true.

People say voting is our civic duty. I just read an article yesterday that suggested our civic duty is not voting, but “it is our civic duty to become informed so we’re qualified to vote.” I think that sums up what this administration and this complicit media have done to us over the years. They have attempted to suppress our ability to be informed.

That shouldn’t make us ashamed to be Americans. It should bolster us to be better Americans. And I know we will – starting with Tuesday.

      • conservative58

        Well said Nukeman.

This is the greatest nation on earth. With God’s help, we will reclaim her from the clutches of this evil leader and the corrupt media, and restore our Shining City on the Hill.

        God Bless America!

    • No you can’t. I will ALWAYS be proud to be an American, even if legally I’m not. What we should be ashamed of is the ignorant masses who want to CHANGE America.

      • kong1967

You’re American at heart so it doesn’t matter about the legal status to me. Obama is not American at heart even if he is legal, and he was not born here. He needs to find a ship and leave while you need to settle in and make yourself at home forever.

    • odin147

America is what Americans make of it, America to me is about it’s constitution, reelection of the one is a repudiation of the constitution, this to me is a signal that we are living in a new America that does not understand the significance of the constitution, and this new America is what I would be ashamed of.

      • When both sides support the abolition of our supreme law, and the people support them, you have to wonder if America is already gone to some extent. We no longer seem to be concerned about sovereignty and the rule of law.

Many have a heart for once was, but are no longer looking at how that has been changed, or reject those who sell us out. Romney and Ryan want to shore up socialism for generations to come. I just don’t get how this is considered freedom.

  • that Mike Baker Guy looks bad*ss. A CIA Guy straight from a Hollywood movie. A bit like Liam Neesan in Taken2

  • deeme

True that…he does have the look they both kind of look their parts…If I understand them correctly, are they saying that Petraeus did all he could with the CIA and the military was the problem…????

    • cheezwhizz

The military was the problem because of the
” real” Commander in Chief —the slumlord of Chicago .

  • Malkiel_kol_hakavod_la_el

I was just on a comment area that was dominantly let’s say liberal and most did not have a clue what was so damn bad about 9-11-12 and asked if i meant 9-11-11……

So as by design the left is left out of loop of reality!!!!

    • kong1967

Of course, because they believe that if it’s not shown on the leftist MSM channels it never happened and Fox made it all up. There are an awful lot of stories that the MSM ignores that would very easily change people’s minds about Obama, but they are imaginary.

      • colliemum

        Too right, kong1967!

What is more – all the non-FOX media have the same information as FOX, but are not using it.
And what is even worse – FOX has been excluded several times now from the Washington news pool which was given briefings by the State Dept and the CIA.

This is so scandalous it should have people up in arms: the WH is manipulating the Fourth Estate, and I hope you tell all your congress critters on 11/7 that this cannot be tolerated.

        • kong1967

To the MSM’s credit, they did come to Fox’s defense a while back and scolded Obama for not including them because they are all part of a contract of some sort. Not a contract, but they all share the same information…I just don’t know what you call it.

The MSM just chooses to ignore anything that doesn’t look good on Obama. This is why lefties believe he does no wrong. They see no wrong on the news.

“Great news!!! Obama prevented the world from collapsing and he has miraculously lowered the unemployment down to 8.1% despite the evil Republicans trying to keep him from doing anything positive for the country.”

          Gag me with a spoon.

          • Nukeman60

…To the MSM’s credit, they did come to Fox’s defense a while back and scolded Obama for not including them…‘ – k

Yes, that is true. But I suspect they all got a private talking to afterwards, one by one, to suggest that if they each didn’t tow the line, they would individually be out in the cold – just like FOX. A threat of exclusion to a news person is a pretty big thing.

Before anyone out there chastises me for another ‘conspiracy theory’, everyone has to ask themselves, “Did you hear of any news agency complaining that FOX was left out of the White House briefings this time around?” The answer would be a definitive no.

            • colliemum

Nor can I recall any of the congress critters having said anything about this in public. OK, I may be wrong here, someone may have said something somewhere
of which I’m not aware, but it certainly wasn’t loud enough to be heard by the general public.

That’s why this fight is not and cannot be over on 11/7. There are many accounts open: from the corrupt media to union thugs, race baiters, and squishy politicians.
I’ve seen what the combined left has been doing over here from day one after the Torys won the last election in 2010, and the combined left in the USA will do exactly the same.

              • Nukeman60

You have a multiple year lead on us over there. Your insight will be extremely valuable to us as we move on down the road. It’s like a vision into the future.

                • colliemum

This is – sadly – true, and that’s why your fight is our fight.

Take the corrupt media on each of our side away, take the hacks and politicos inside the Beltway and our Westminster Village away, and you and we are standing together as we always have.

Unlike that lot across the Channel, on the continent, who simply do not understand a thing and are happy to sink into the ruins of their socialist dreams!

            • kong1967

No, and I was going to mention that and didn’t. That’s not a conspiracy. That’s happening and it’s no accident. Done by accident twice in a short time span? Yeah, not hardly. They’re all in the bucket for Obama and Fox prevents them from getting a monopoly on the information fed to the masses. Which means they can’t entirely get away with spoon feeding us nothing but lies and propaganda.

You know that’s what they want.

          • FreeManWalking

To be fair 0b0’s MSM PAC are fair and balanced with their time.

They spend half of it demonizing conservatives with lies and distorting the truth.

The other half of the time they use their lies and distortions to cover up the truth about the actions and policies of 0b0 and his dems.

            • kong1967

The sad thing is…you’re 100% right.

        • Orangeone

Telling the truth about Barky Boy doesn’t benefit the MSM. He gives them full access to national secrets, the WH, unlimited interviews so they can win their little “journalistic” awards. Just like Barky Boy with the Nobel Peace Prize. When the heck is that going to be revoked?

  • kong1967

Obama is so done. Dems are going to try to disqualify the military votes in large numbers…..like always. Them mo**er fu**ers have no respect for our military and I don’t give a crap what they say to try to debunk that. Every freaking election they try to shut out our military because more votes go to Republicans. i don’t care if they all vote for Obama……they have to be allowed to vote!!! Libs try squeezing down the military every time they are power so they have more money for welfare…more bribed votes.

It’s unfreaking believable how traitorous the Democrat party is. Power and party first and SCREW THE NATION!! No, screw you communist pricks!! Lock all you stupid sons-a-bitches up in Gitmo. A-holes!!

    • I saw your first comment. I would have let it go because you used f**king asterisks 🙂

      Comment Policy #3

      • kong1967

Lol, thanks. I was more worried about being abusive by attacking the Democrat party and calling them communists and traitors, but maybe you’re referring to abusing other people on the site (?).

        • I suddenly feel the need to censor myself.

Um yeah, I misunderstood. Either way, cool, just wanted to make sure you don’t feel restrained.

          • PhillyCon

            Hi Scoop:

This is OT, b/c my e-mail has locked me out (as I would have just sent you one). Would you consider doing a Hurricane Sandy charity thread? I know most of us would like to help b/c a Nor’easter is expected to hit on Wed. The situation in many communities (Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island) is dire with no power and with FEMA running out of water.

It would also allow us to post which charities have a rating of giving more dollars to the actual victims than the bureaucrats.

(I just received an e-mail from a local person who is renting two vans and collecting supplies for children. Supposedly, babies are sleeping in fire houses b/c this is the only place with heat for them.)

            Thanks, its just an idea.

            • stage9

I gave through Samaritan’s Purse earlier this week.

          • kong1967

It’s all good now. I think I understand more about what I need to restrain from, but I don’t get angry at people often on this site so it won’t be a problem. Thank you.

        • p m

Crikey, kong, I do that quite a bit. What they do is treasonous, and many of the ‘rats are commies, they just disguise that apellation by calling themselves “Progressives”. It’s just the truth, unfortunately. That’s never been banned here, AFAIK!

          • kong1967

Yeah, but I was informed of a new policy. I think I’m in sync now.

By the way, what the heck is AFAIK? Probably obvious, but…..

            • Nukeman60

              As Far As I Know

              • kong1967

                Thanks, I just didn’t make a connection.

                • p m

                  Sorry kong…:)

                • kong1967

Lol, you’re sorry because I wasn’t smart enough to figure it out. I said that. I know that’s not what you’re saying. 🙂

  • NoToTyrants

I originally typed a long diatribe, that, let’s just say, was less than polite, and may have gotten me in trouble with Scoop’s new comment policy. I walked out of room collected myself and deleted it before posting.

    God save us.

    • kong1967

Uh oh. I might have violated the new policy. I kinda let it rip, but I at least halfway disguised the swear words.

      • NoToTyrants

Although mine too was peppered with a few choice profane exclamations, let’s just say mine was less respectful of the current administration than yours. I know what you are thinking, it is not possible, but believe me I surprised myself.

        • kong1967

Lol, you saw mine before I deleted it all? Yeah, I believe you. I tried not getting too abusive, but now that I looked at the new policy we aren’t supposed to be abusive.

I don’t even see the point in posting any more because we should be able to express our anger towards this so-called President without being nice.

        • kong1967

Oh, by the way….I got banned from Twitter today. My second time so they probably won’t allow me back in. The only thing I can figure as to why is because a guy said to support Obama because he believes in women’s rights. I asked him if that’s why liberals stand up for Islam…”you know, the religion that kills women for thinking they have rights”.

Libs are so thin skinned they turn you in and it doesn’t take long before you are banned. I might be banned here now for repeating it considering the new rules.

          • NoToTyrants

Twitter and Facebook both will cow to political correctness.

            Scoop cherishes debate.

In my experience, I don’t think you need worry unless you abuse other posters. The President and even those on our side are fair game as long as you aren’t too profane.

            • kong1967

Ah, cool. That helps. I was wondering where the line would be drawn for “abusive”, but I think you’re right.

          • badbadlibs

If you’re banned here for any reason, I will go with you.
But, this site wont’ do such a thing. The powers that be have hearts and souls.

            • kong1967

They also don’t have an agenda to be PC. That makes all the difference in the world.

          • badbadlibs

And by “women’s rights” they mean to keep the ability for a mother to murder her own child legal.
            Some right.

            • kong1967

Yeah, I know, but that’s a different topic. I’m going to avoid the temptation to veer off topic here. 🙂

    • No worries. If your not pissed as hell by now your either not paying attention or you have no soul.

  • JDOlson

The reason I appreciate Pirro’s approach is she is freakin’ prosecuting the case like a lawyer in court. This is an excellent record for FOX to have.

    • kong1967

It’s nice to have lawyers on Fox fight back against the elected lawyers in DC that constantly lie about everything. The women are beautiful, but that’s very deceiving. They are very, very intelligent and take no crap.

      • p m

Noticed her shoes tonight – high, high heels – she gets a medal just for those as well as her intelligence! Don’t mean to be flippant, have a more serious comment too.

        • Landscaper

She’s what 5 ft nothing, maybe?

        • kong1967

I love Judge Jeanine. She is one tough cookie, and it’s important that Fox has brains behind the beauty because they carry the torch for our side. Jeanine gets a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10.

    • Orangeone

Could you imagine her next in line questioning the Admin, Hitlary, Panetta, Betrayus, etc. after Trey Gowdy with a follow on by Rep Sandy Adams? That would require buckets of popcorn.

      • badbadlibs

Oh, what a happy day that would be, the judge AND Trey Gowdy questioning the most corrupt administration in history!
I’d tape it and relish it for the rest of my life 🙂

    • Betsey_Ross

I am so happy she is doing this. I have pretty much given up on Fox for the past 4 years. I’ll watch Hannity and Greta when Sarah is on, but usually wait until someone has the video. The Judge has taken this up as a cause and she is disecting it as a lawyer so that we can follow the sequence. There are big holes in our knowledge and she is piecing it together.

I taped the whole show because I knew it was going to be a keeper. It was. I’ve had my disagreements with John McCain, but he is not going to let this one go. The Lying POS that we have for a president is not going to get away with this one. Same with Hillary. I don’t care how many attorneys she is gathering.

  • Yazz55

I see all this as lending credence to the kidnap the ambassador theory. He would be released for the blind arab terrorist sheik just in time for election day, making the obamessiah a hero that has to get re-elected. While still is in the category of conspiracy theory, its starting to fit as an explanation for all the nonsense, diversions and distractions by the obamessiah regime.

Unfortunately a couple of Navy Seals screwed it all up by fighting back.

    • p m

Some posit that the reason the military wasn’t sent in was because there could be resistance/ambushes with more devastating weapons that only the WH would know were there. It was thought they’d cause more casualties, even though the special forces are trained to deal with everything.

This event stinks more with each passing day, so much so that one wonders if the full story will ever be told – from the start of the Libyan insurrection to the deaths of Messrs. Stevens, Woods, Dougherty and Smith. All by the hand, and at the will, of the most treacherous CiC the bravest people of all have had to endure these last 4 years.

      • Patriot077

No response due to “devastating weapons that only the WH would know were there” makes a lot of sense to me.

        • colliemum

Dunno – if there were these ‘devastating weapons’, why did the SEALs manage to fight them off for such a long time at the annexe? Why weren’t they used to obliterate the annexe and all 30 or so Americans in there?

Unless, of course, the WH was in secret talks with the attackers, as ‘represented’ by the Libyan police …

          • p m

IIRC colliemum, the thinking was AQ maintained the consulate attack for hours as ‘bait’ for the special forces, who would then be decimated by God knows what other weaponry. It is as likely to be another CYA proposition as opposed to a real concern at the time. As these gentlemen say, with Iraq and Afghanistan, our forces have seen and dealt with just about everything.

            • colliemum

Interesting, but improbable, as you say yourself: not even in my wildest nightmares could I envisage Special Forces being ‘decimated’ by the al qaida brigades. Also, why would they use their precious weaponry for that? For basically murdering a handful of Americans? No, I don’t see that.
But it is getting clear to me that the longer the administration is sitting on this, the worse and the more fanciful the theories will become.
I hope that on 11/7, when it is clear that the Obama machine is broken, some people will come forward and speak out – like all those rescued from the consulate by Ty Woods. After all, this operation is now not secret any longer.

              One more day!

    • colliemum

I’ve thought for a long time now that Ty Woods – who was at the annexe when it all kicked off – messed it up good for the POS in the WH. He wasn’t supposed to have gone and help them at the consulate compound: he was told to stand down.

The other piece in the puzzle fell into place when we heard that the Tripoli contingent with Glen Doherty were held at the airport in Benghazi fo three hours! Three!
They were meant to go to the hospital to get Amb Stevens body, but there was this ‘huge crowd’ which prevented that.
As another poster said last night, this ‘crowd’ may not have known Amb Stevens was already dead, and were still hoping to kidnap him.

Finally, I simply do not buy the latest CIA ‘tale’ that Woods and Doherty lasered the mortar to frighten the attackers off. That makes absolutely no sense at all.

And did anybody notice that we’re suddenly told the brave SEALs held out until well after 4 a.m., that the CIA now says they fought until 5 a.m.?

What the f*** is going on? Can they not even get their lies straight?

      • StrangernFiction

Finally, I simply do not buy the latest CIA ‘tale’ that Woods and Doherty lasered the mortar to frighten the attackers off.

Well if the gubmint says it, it must be true. LMFAO

  • 911Infidel

Any military personnel who did not try to render aid to our diplomats and CIA personnel need to be brought in front of a Article 132 board. Or Captains Mast. The charge dereliction of duty. Negligent homicide. The civilians in the intel agencies should all be brought up on charges. Let their names be “Mudd”. Let history record that they are no longer our countrymen and we have no further need of their council.

    • kong1967

I hope you are not including our response teams. Several units were ready to go and were anxious to give help but were told to stand down. They have to rely on the judgement of their superiors….who failed all of them big time. Two generals were relieved of duty evidently for trying to give aid, and that really p***es me off. Everyone watching that video feed live that had the ability to do something should be fired and charged with a crime. I believe most of them wanted to help and Obama told them to stand down. Obama needs to be impeached and brought up on charges for sure. I don’t believe the CIA or the military had any fault in this whatsoever, maybe except Panetta. He should have told Obama to go eff himself and send the military in anyway. It’s the guys at the top that need to be brought up on charges of treason.

      • 911Infidel

I’m talking about every swinging Richard and Richette who were privy to that actionable intel; who did not do their due dilligence should be shite-canned post haste. I don’t give a damn who they are or what their rank and title are. That’s who I’m talking about.

        • kong1967

I agree, but not all of them that knew had any power to do anything about it. They were probably as horrified and angry as we are that Obama told everyone to stand down. Panetta did have the ability to do something about it because he’s in control over the armed forces. For starters, Obama and Panetta are the two I want charged, then we can go from there.

          • 911Infidel

“but not all of them that knew had any power to do anything about it”

I get that. I’m not talking about them.

            • kong1967

Ah, then we completely agree. 🙂

              • 911Infidel

                Great minds dude…great minds….

          • If a general was removed from his post and replaced when he refused to stand down, then the person who took his place should be brought up.

            • kong1967

“brought up”…..on charges? If that’s what you mean….for what? Because he got promoted to replace a guy that got fired? When did that become illegal?

              • I am fairly ignorant on how the military deals with these things, so I was just using terminology that 911infidel did. Maybe “brought up” for an inquiry of some sort. If a general was cut out of command at a moment when he was performing his duty in regards to protecting our people in a foreign country, and someone else stepped in and followed treasonous orders, then I would say that there needs to at least be an investigation, and we should know about it.

                • kong1967

Ah, now I see what you’re saying.

In my opinion, if a General or a grunt was ordered to go in (to Benghazi) and they refused…yeah, that would be grounds for a court martial. If the General followed orders to shoot American civilians and they obeyed….yeah, that would be a court martial (in the worst way) because that would be an obvious, blatant breakage of the law.

But in this case they didn’t know why they were told to stand down, and as far as they knew it could have been for a very, very good reason (even though they wanted to go in anyway). Hindsight is 20/20. The people at the top are the ones who knew everything that was going on. Obama, Penetta, Clinton, and whoever else. I don’t know that you can court martial someone for obeying orders to not go on a mission….a mission that the grunts or the Generals don’t have a clear view of.

Does that make sense. Maybe 911Infidel or MiketheMarine could clear this up for us….if they by chance happen to see this, lol.

              • There were articles that were saying that he got pulled from command during the Benghazi attack because he wouldn’t stand down.

                • kong1967

The only time a grunt or a General should disobey the President’s orders is if he knows that what he’s being ordered to do is treasonous or illegal. Evidently the two Generals that were relieved believed that very thing and acted on their own….and they were right. They should be reinstated, and Obama should be impeached and tried.

                • Makes sense. I just think that our military officers need to reject stand down orders like this, and make it known what the situation is so that the people can make sure that they don’t get another CIC like the one who gave the orders. That might mean someone’s career, so I don’t know how likely that is. Plus, the publicity might force legal action against the president.

I would like to know who took the general’s place in order to stop him from sending in help. That guy needs to be looked at as well.

                • kong1967

I don’t think they replaced him during the attack. Not sure.

  • I have to ditto cheezwhizz as he said it perfectly. I believe that was his intention from the very beginning.

    • Orangeone

I’m torn between kidnap for Shiek and release of all Gitmo prisoners and “dead men don’t talk about guns that walk”. I tend to think Benghazi was Fast & Furious, the sequel.

      • Betsey_Ross

Me, too. I wouldn’t be surprised it is a little bit of both. F & F has the almost the same MO Benghazi. This will not stand in America.

  • p m

What this report brings home again, is the part about the number of other consulate personnel that these two men heroically rescued. They had to crash through street barriers that had blocked off the surrounding streets, under fire. It is a miracle that they could do it. But the WH was prepared to let these 30 people die. Unbelievable.

Have always believed this was a kidnapping set-up, which AQ decided to ignore in favour of just killing as many as they could, maybe as revenge for the transfer of ‘their’ arms to Syria a few weeks earlier. It all just beggars belief.

    • colliemum

I’m beginning to think that the first wave of terrorists actually weren’t that well briefed, and were confused in their own ‘fog of war’. And that they then went into full murderous rage when Ty Woods and his group did come in from the Annexe, fought them, killed some and took all away back to the annexe, where there then was the second battle, which Ty Woods and later the group from Tripoli with Glen Doherty fought to the death.

      • StrangernFiction

Confused or just their to kidnap the ambassador.

  • aussieguy64

This is the kind of thing that Sun Tzu warned about in his book; The Art of War. You never let politicians/leaders interfere with military operations. The moment you do that, you might as well pack your bags and go home…Because you are guaranteed to lose (both in lives and of the war itself), as decisions are made by people living in their ivory towers.

It doesn’t take a genius to see what has been done:
    (1) Air assets in the form of F-16 fighters and AC-130 gunships were available.
    (2) A quick reaction force of Army Delta and Marines (FAST) were available.
    (3) Drones (CIA?) were overhead providing a real-time feed.

100-to-1 these leaks to Fox News are by a bunch of people within the military loop; who saw the feed of the whole situation and witnessed what this Administration did. They know CNN, MSNBC, etc won’t do this story. Officially, the CIA will deny everything to protect the President. (Unofficially, I doubt the bosses of those “information leakers” will do anything. Remember, CIA is an organization that specializes in unconventional warfare in order to topple governments).

    The question is “Why?”
    * No support provided to those who needed it?
    * Excuses from the Administration that doesn’t add up?
    * The purpose for the Ambassador’s death?
(The cover was that Stephens was supposed to die because of a “riot over a video”.)

…This is just another reason why this Administration needs to be removed. The American people won’t ever get a straight answer until these folks are permanently removed from politics.

    • StrangernFiction

You never let politicians/leaders interfere with military operations. You don’t elect leaders that are on the other side.

O/T but thought important to discuss. The deaths in Benghazi are extremely important to Americans. While we are focused on Benghazi and the election, the MSM is conveniently ignoring yet another federal law violation by Barky Boy. He was required to disclose new regulations imminent in his 2nd term and has failed to do so. He is hiding the destruction to American businesses with an out-of-control EPA, again. Yet crickets from the MSM. Did they give Bush a pass? Rhetorical question.

    • kong1967

This is getting so sickening I can barely hold my breakfast. It’s bad enough that we have a President that is totally ignoring the laws….despite taking the oath to uphold the laws….and the media turns their heads and kisses his butt. I’m so sick of it I could scream. That’s not news. Lies can be determined by what stories they don’t show, not just what stories they do show.

I wonder how the MSM is going to react when Romney wins, and how they will treat Romney through his Presidency. Probably worse than Bush, and their ratings will drop so low that Democrats will be wanting to bail them out with our money.

  • I just love the fact how Judge Jeanine Pirro is so riled-up over this terrible incident that she is keeping this story (Benghazi) going all the way to the election. And doesn’t seem to care if whether or not the left and the MSM attacks her.
She truly is implicating the White House Administration, and isn’t afraid to point the finger at the Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton-who is now lawyering-up, also the agencies of the CIA, the NSA, and President Obama.
This is what real journalism looks like, and it takes a NYC judge to show other journalist how its done.
Here’s a great quote from my favorite founding father and 3rd President of the United States-Thomas Jefferson. ” No government ought to be without censors; and where the press is free no one ever will.”-T. Jefferson

    • Susitna

I liked the fact the Judge Jeanine Pirro was confronting not only the President but directly Hillary. I want the name Hillary Clinton to remained glued to the Obama regime as I don’t want her to even consider running on 2016. This is the only reason why the rapist Bill is still helping Obama as he still dreams about his pro forma wife becoming the first female President of the U.S. Bill just doesn’t know that Valerie Jarret is already the first female President of the U.S., as Zero doesn’t make any move without her approval.

      • I couldn’t agree with you more…

  • This just makes me sick. To think that we had so many military assets that close to Benghazi and didn’t use any of them is just horrible. What kind of monster lets Americans down this way and doesn’t even TRY to help them? Someone WILL be held accountable for this, regardless of who wins the election. Too much has happened, too many lies have been told, and too many people have been disappointed and abandoned. This is the time for the conservatives in Congress to stand up and demand answers. Although the mainstream media may try to cover it up, Americans ARE watching and we ARE interested in how this turns out.

    • StrangernFiction

If Romney plays the “it’s water under the bridge card” it will be a BIG MISTAKE.

    [hulu id=409925]

    TWO more days!

  • Thank you Fox

  • Rshill7

In 1994, When Bill Clinton got conservative-clobbered in the midterm elections that put Newt in charge of the house, Bill got the message in. 54 house seats switched from democrat to republican and gave them control of the house for the first time since 1954. It was like a multi-deca-million person skin bracer slap. Although he didn’t exactly say, “thanks I needed that”, he, in pragmatic fashion, tacked towards the center, worked with that house, and passed some meaningful, helpful legislation. He won a second term.

Obama on the other hand, lost 63 seats in the house during his midterm meltdown. He also lost six seats in the senate and 680 seats in state house legislatures. In Michigan’s 2010 election, republicans gained control of the entire enchilada…the house, the senate, the governor, the supreme court, and the secretary of state. Is that a sea change or what?

Yet in the face of that national defeat, which dwarfed Bill Clinton’s midterm defeat, Obama tacked even further to the left, and his democrat senate, “led” by one Harry Reid, started pocket-vetoing everything the house sent over. That same urchin just said within the past couple of days that he will not work with Mitt Romney. That was savvy as heck huh? Sure, by some standard. I’ll just be darned if I know what that standard is. A standard without standards I suppose. One best taken with a good anti-emetic.

The unholy triple-threat of Obama, Reid and Pelosi may as well take on the collective moniker, the Kim Jung Whatevers or some such. It’s their way or the highway. They have a way of keeping their press and their party in line. Those that speak out against them are somehow corralled back in to recant their statements from the previous day, like good little horsies.

Well, it’s been a whole lot of giddy yap, which has occasioned an awful lot of eye-opening for even the casual observer, and it’s those observers, both casual and formal, who will give this hard left democrat machine, the drubbing of a lifetime. Our way or the highway huh? We’ll take the highway, and partially pave it with your political carcasses.

    Mornin’ folks!

Obama is the enemy from within. He is not an ally to America his only agenda is to take down America. I wonder what his pay off is?

  • Sober_Thinking

If you have not yet seen the movie, “Agenda -Grinding Down America,” please take advantage of this offer from the producer to watch it online without cost in the coming week before the national elections in the United States of America. It is highly informative, well researched, full of ‘heart’ for the best principles of truth and honesty, and full of competent commentary contributions by highly respected and God-fearing leaders. Every American parent with one iota of concern for their children and grandchildren and the life they will live in the future should watch this. If they are listening closely they will inevitably have their eyes opened to the reality of the agenda being carried out by the sworn enemies of the vision for America held by those who sacrificed their lives for the liberty we should cherish.

Please do not wait until you view the movie to pass this email to others. Encourage everyone to share it immediately… especially pastors, teachers, and those who are unashamed to influence others for the sake of shedding light on the thinking of those who have been compromised by the darkness of wholesale deception.

Good film except for one conclusion that he drew: “That communism is the final phase and goal of socialism.”

I emphatically disagree! Communism is the final phase and goal of ATHEISM! Atheism is what drives communism. Socialism is only the TRIGGER! Communism is driven by the belief that there is no higher authority than the state. Atheism is driven by the notion that there is no higher authority than man! And that eliminates GOD as the final and ultimate authority does it not?

If God does not exist, then MAN becomes the ultimate authority and with that the state. (communism)

If God DOES exist, then we are ultimately subject to HIS authority. (US Constitutionalism)

It always comes back to God no matter what system mankind seeks to invent.

That’s why I ALWAYS argue from the perspective of “social issues”, because that term encompasses ALL OTHERS. It always comes back to the individual and his social standing in regard to his fellow man and more specifically to God Almighty.

The question is, where do each of us stand in relation to God, not where do each of us stand in relation to government (god)?

You want to defeat liberalism, you have to win the hearts of the people BACK TO GOD! Liberals know this! That is why they are fighting so hard to kill Christianity. Christianity holds the key to defeating communism. It returns authority back to God where it belongs!

      • Sober_Thinking

A HUGE Amen to your post! You are spot on.

That was one small point I noticed too… but felt the movie overall was worth sharing and almost all of it was spot on. Thank you for clarifying that one point.

My wife wants to buy a billboard in our area (as if we could afford it) and post the following for all to see: “Cast your vote to honor Jesus, so Jesus will continue to honor America.” You and she share the same point of view… which is the poper point of view (putting God first… and honoring him) imo.

        Thank you for your response.

        • stage9

You know, what really strikes me is just how totally UNAWARE the average American is to what is REALLY going on. I mean they TRULY believe this election is the be-all end-all of Obama. It isn’t! NOT EVEN CLOSE!

Radicals have so infiltrated the US that it is literally going to take a miracle from God Almighty to remove them and then immunize ourselves from their influence.

We are so late to the game that we actually believe that by winning the presidency and Congress we will somehow solve all of our problems! We’re focused on the economy and the immediate threat while radicals are SMILING and CHUCKLING in the wings! THEY KNOW they have us by the throat no matter WHO WE ELECT!!!!

Their organization has so many heads, that when you cut one off (hypothetically speaking) like Obama, they’re confident that another is waiting in the wings to take his place!

And all along they’re waiting for this current generation to grow to adulthood because THEY KNOW that those under 40 have been RE-EDUCATED and RE-PROGRAMMED to accept ANTI-CHRIST LIBERAL PHILOSOPHY! They KNOW that the next generation will WIN THEIR INTERNAL WAR FOR THEM! They will elect for themselves socialists well into the future!

This is why I’ve been apprehensive to back Romney, and why I have become so disenfranchised with the repugnantcan party. While everyone else has surrendered to the idea that this is the “best we have”, it never really sat well with me that the GOP picked Romney from day one to lead them. All others were marginalized. Especially Conservatives.

What’s happened is that even the GOP has turned liberal! They KNOW that in order to win they have to garner SOME OF the LIBERAL VOTE!

They see the future too and they know that the youth are by-and-large becoming liberal! If they EVER expect to continue to win, they must modify their positions from stodgy old Conservatism, and towards a more (as they erroneously call it) “moderate” position, THUS the shift to the center left.

Romney is the PERFECT center left candidate.

This is ALL going somewhere and we silly little pawns are unwittingly playing their sick little game. We’re falling in line so easily that it’s surprising even the LEFT how easy it is!

We have GOT to change strategies here…we’ve got to stop chasing the shiny thing and begin to organize a coup! To end this nonsense. No, I’m not advocating revolution, I am advocating REVELATION!

We have got to come out like a mighty information army and destroy the influence of liberalism’s propaganda machine.

          1) Expose liberalism and its lies through mass media.
          2) Expel the key players from their positions of influence and pressure them to leave. So long as they can hide in the shadows they are dangerous.
          3) Express the truth through constant education of the masses!

We must begin to invest in tv spots much like Super PACS do that expose these key figures. Presenting only the facts about their intentions and associations so as to avoid any appearance of libel! They will lawyer up, but so must we!

To win with information we must stay a step ahead of their propaganda machine. Anticipate their attacks; their use of language to discredit our cause, distract from the truth and slow our momentum.

We must inculcate the American people with a constant stream of TRUTH MEDIA! The internet is good, but it is often a SEA of CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION!

And we must flood our social media sites with news stories that educate our oblivious and often self absorbed friends and family (you KNOW what I mean) with news stories that stir them from their apathy.

But most importantly of all, we must cry out to the God of Heaven and Earth again and fall on His mercy to help us in our cause. If the evil of liberalism is to be expunged from the earth, only God’s hand can aid in its demise.

Folks, this is war! A war of the worldviews! And how we act now will determine under what conditions our children will grow up.

          Now, let’s go to work!

          • NoToTyrants

            I am 1000% with you.

Once Romney is elected, we can celebrate the expulsion of Obama, and should. However, a bigger more sinister game is afoot.

The Democrats aka Marxists and the establishment Republicans aka neo-Statists are manipulating us like pawns on a giant chess board. The endgame being the complete loss of our Liberty and the establishment of a Tyranny.

A Romney win is not the end, it is not even a respite. The fight continues.

          • Sober_Thinking

A great (long) post. You hit many fantastic points there.

Liberals are indeed hydras. The Repubicans have indeed been polluted too – I’m still shaking my head over John McCain in 2008. Our kids and college kids have indeed been indoctrinated and polluted with ignorance and leftist “occupy” thinking. Our media has become the enemy.

We are indeed at war. This election is only the first battle… and that’s to conquer the hydra’s first head (so to speak). We have a lot of work ahead of us. We all need to roll up our sleaves, get on our knees and get busy.

            Thanks for this post.

Dude, I just finished watching this entire film.

EVERYONE needs to watch this film.

I post a lot of things for folks to review, but this film is the SINGLE GREATEST RESOURCE we can use to educate our families our friends and our neighbors. It sums up EVERYTHING facing America and her future.

      Well done Sober_Thinking!

EVERYONE should post this film to their Facebook accounts and social media sites immediately!

If you even have a pulse, or an INKLING of concern for this country, this film will awaken the sleeping giant within you.

      • westernhunter

I bought the DVD, watched and sent to others in my family. It is everything you have said.

      • Sober_Thinking

Thank you stage9… I felt the same way. I appreciate your feedback.

    • MaxineCA

I’ve tried that link several times, and the only thing that shows up is a picture of a child standing at a window, but no video plays. I’m not familiar with Vimeo, I don’t see a “play” button.

Hoping you can help. I’ve tried reloading the page and that didn’t work.

      • Sober_Thinking

MaxineCA, sorry for any issues… it takes a couple of minutes to load on my “fast” machine too. Try again and see if it’ll load after a couple of minutes.

        I hope that helps.

        • MaxineCA

I finally got it work this afternoon (once I clicked on couch mode….. whatever that is).

100 likes for posting the link. Although I knew most of the info, they presented it in a comprehensive fashion that certainly connects ALL of the dots.

          Thanks again!

          • Sober_Thinking

            That’s wonderful… thank you.

I believe most of the regulars here know much of this… the Producer’s hope with this movie is that we will forward it on to everyone we know to help get information out.

At the risk of further alienation, I sent it to my extremely liberal mother and sister… that way they’ll at least feel guilty now if they foolishly vote for Obama… 🙂

Thank you for sharing, Sober_Thinking! Is was awesome and it shed light on the entire Communist plan and strategy!

  • stage9

Another consideration as far as “timelines” go. These QRF’s are usually so prepared for this sort of thing that it is a good bet that they could have (not confirmed of course) ALREADY been in the air and on their way to assist, but because the presidential order was never given they couldn’t engage.

So, essentially what you would have is either a bird flying overhead ready to engage or one that is en route to their location; but because no order was ever issued, they were left to the mercy of the situation.

I just don’t believe for one second that those two sailors were lasing a target simply on the HOPE that someone would show. I still believe that they believed that someone was ALREADY en route or on station to assist. They were EXPECTING someone to engage the bad guys, but no one ever did.

    • colliemum

From some posts over at PJM by Bob Owen, I learned that lasing a target means they cannot fire their weapon. So why would they leave themselves defenseless and unable to go on fighting unless they thought the cavalry was coming in?
After all, it now looks as if fighting still went on for another hour if Ty Woods and Glen Doherty were killed by that mortar around 4 a.m.
I don’t believe for a second they did what they did just ‘to frighten off the attackers’.

      • stage9

Yeah, if you’re going to “frighten off attackers” you don’t use a laser designator. Now, there are several DIFFERENT kinds of designators, so I’m not really sure what they were ACTUALLY using, but if it’s anything like this one, ( http://www.americanspecialops.com/photos/marsoc/msot-jtac.php ) you can see that there is NO WAY you’re going to use this thing while taking heavy fire unless you’re confident someone is going to respond in haste.

I am NOT going to put down my weapon until I hear from command that they are either en route or on station. PERIOD!

        • colliemum

Now it makes even more sense to me, who obviously has not been a veteran of either your USMC or our SAS, that this would have been suicidal insanity to do while under fire.
And we can be certain that neither of the SEALs were insane.

Also, it just occurred to me, they wouldn’t have done this unless they knew air support was on its way because they would surely have known that the mortars – which killed them in the end – would endanger those inside the house, whom they were defending. They wouldn’t have made themselves and the others into such target. No way.

It goes to show that those spokespeople in the CIA are probably bureaucrats, desk top jockeys, who don’t know about warfare at first hand, and think that everybody just has to accept their words as gospel.

      • StrangernFiction

I believe they thought there was an armed predator in the air. And if there wasn’t it was because Hussein/Jarrett wanted it that way.

  • jrt1031

  • jrt1031

The spirits of those four Americans will haunt Obama and Hillary every night….. its only a matter of time before the truth comes out…

  • PJRodman

I really don’t think liberals want to look at anything even closely resembling the truth. The MSM is catering to their base by not upsetting them with disturbing facts. Its such a bad marketing plan though, because they just don’t seem to have noticed another disturbing fact…there are more of us than them. They scratch their empty heads and whine about print journalism dying. I just want to scream at the whiny “journalists” in my family….COVER SOMETHING FAIRLY and get your hippie, yuppie, happy air head out of your arse…there is no rainbow or unicorn up there!

    • Betsey_Ross

LOL. It is terrifying that some people are like that. I know I run into that type every day. I have good friends like that. It breaks my heart, but all you can do is live your life and be educated on what is happening. They will get it eventually and they have to come to the conclusion themselves. They do no want to admit that they were wrong.

  • wallwatchman

I’m glad all of this is coming out. Wish it was a little quicker though. We’ve got an election in two days, and people need to see and hear what do many of us already knew. This president and his admin are dangerous! Our military and frankly, this country, are sitting ducks while this man pretends to be commander and chief!

I wish some survivors that were on the ground that night could come forward. I know I don’t understand all the logistics, rules, etc. on what military, CIA, can talk about, and I realize they are in such a tough spot. But we have that pentagon spokesguy, little I think his name is, denying much of what fox and others have reported. He says no assets close or available that night. We know he’s lying!! The men here on pirro’s show even know its garbage! I’ve said it before, how can these higher ups in the military do this to the dead and those who survived! How can they lie about everything these people went through to save who, this president?! Not worth it guys! Come clean!

Also, I saw a little phrase that I really like in an American Thinker piece this morning. You might like it too.

    Here it is: ~electoral humiliation~

When that engulfs Obama Tuesday evening, there are going to be tens of millions of American’s experiencing: ~electoral euphoria~

It’s going to be tough to sleep on Tuesday evening, that’s for sure…at least until 9 PM or so, when the race is called for Romney. I’m gettin’ all giddy about it. Is this site going to be a happy gathering place or what?

    • Mtncougar

Not a lot to share, except I heard this theory immediately afterward and didn’t think a lot of it. Now, many weeks later, I’m giving it second thought. With all the information coming out now about how security was mishandled before and during the attack, the one thing that stands out to me is how this easily explains the requests for additional security being denied, the “stand down” approach, the lack of an order for intervention by assets specifically on call for this type of scenario…

I almost hate to say it. I thought Bengazi was about sheer incompetence and naivete. Now I believe the kidnapping scenario is possible.

Losing viewers hasn’t affected network news. They blame loss of viewership on one of the hosts. How about we don’t like your propaganda! This is America and we should be able to turn on our news and hear what is really happening! With Sandy, Benghazi, Fast & Furious, Solyndra or Acorn, they cover up, don’t report or lie. There might be one way we can turn them into true honest journalists. If we don’t watch ANYTHING

CIA’s Mike Baker said he respects Panetta the RED? Maybe he needs some intel on good ole Leon…

Gates’s successor, Leon Panetta, the former CIA director, had a record of opposing weapons systems and military action when he was a left-wing congressman from California. This was Panetta’s record:

Panetta in 1983 endorsed the nuclear weapons freeze, a concept backed by the Soviet Union which would have frozen in place a Soviet nuclear advantage in Europe.

Panetta supported a ban on the testing and deployment of new nuclear ballistic missiles.

Panetta opposed CIA covert operations to undermine the Communist Sandinista regime, calling Reagan’s support for the Nicaraguan freedom fighters a “dirty war.”

Panetta opposed the neutron bomb, an enhanced radiation weapon designed to counter a Soviet tank build-up in Europe.

Panetta opposed the B-1 bomber, which was funded under Reagan and is today a key part of the fleet.

While most members of Congress were saluting Reagan and our troops for liberating Grenada, Panetta criticized the Reagan action and warned against the dispatch of a U.S. naval task force to the vicinity of Cuba. “This is not a time to seek out new targets to flex our military muscle,” Panetta said.

Panetta opposed the MX “Peacekeeper” missile, arguing it would jeopardize arms negotiations with the Soviets. Reagan had warned that defunding the system would “weaken our ability to deter war…”

Yet, Gates pointed out in that AEI speech, “The Reagan build-up of the 1980s fielded a new generation of weapons platforms that continue to be the mainstay of the force today—the M1 tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, Apache and Black Hawk helicopters, Burke guided missile destroyers, F-15 fighters, and much more.”
So Panetta was wrong on the Reagan buildup. But he has apparently not learned his lesson, as The New York Times reports that Panetta favors radical cuts in the size of the Army, even beyond what has been publicly reported, from 570,000 down to 490,000 troops.
Going even further, the Times said that Panetta is expected to propose cuts to next-generation weapons, including delays in purchases of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter jet.
We were virtually alone in predicting this. We had reported extensively on Panetta’s anti-defense views and his personal ties to radical left-wing forces and Communist Party member Hugh DeLacy.
Panetta has been portrayed in some media as opposed to cuts, even while he unveils them.
But his real attitude toward America’s enemies was on display on the January 8 edition of CBS’s “Face the Nation,” when he said about Iran, “Are they trying to develop a nuclear weapon? No.”
One day later, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed that Iran had begun uranium enrichment at a facility in the northern part of the country.
