Mike Lee grills Holder on the basis for Obama’s lawless actions…

Sen. Mike Lee methodically grilled Eric Holder today over the basis for Obama’s lawless actions, and of course while admitting that the DOJ has consulted Obama on the justification for these actions, didn’t have a clue as to what the basis was. Lee did make it clear, though, that he believed Obama had usurped the Constitution and warned Holder as to how dangerous this is.
