Some people are wondering if it’s appropriate for President Trump to be undermining the legitimacy of a federal judge by calling him “so-called” in a tweet.
In fact, Chucky Schumer is saying that he’s going to use the tweets in order to strike down Judge Gorsuch’s nomination during the confirmation process. Given all that, you’d think it might be smart for the Trump administration to back off the claim.

We’re probably going to see Trump rampage against every branch and every institution that dares to defy him, so we need to get used to it. But will he use the full powers available to him as the head of the executive branch when decrying his opponents?
