SO Matthews thinks that Nancy Pelosi was able to destroy the Constitution because she gave people hand-written notes and chocolates? Good Lord, what an idiot. It might also have to do with their simply ignoring the rule of law and doing whatever the hell they wanted. That might have had a hand in it.
