Mitch McConnell pimps himself on The Kelly File, says “voters can make me Majority Leader next year”

When asked by Megyn Kelly how some of these Obamacare waivers and mandate repeals could actually happen, Mitch McConnell bluntly said that voters could make him Majority Leader next year, at least then the Senate could get some of these bills (to repeal individual mandate, stop Obamacare waivers) to the president’s desk and the president wouldn’t be protected like he is now.

“Well the roadblock is the Democratic Senate. You know, one thing the voters of America could do would be to make me the Majority Leader next year. At least that way we could get some of this relief on the President’s desk. Right now he’s protected from anything he doesn’t want to do by the Democratic Senate, which enables him to do whatever he chooses to do on this bill.”
