More Obama hypocrisy: He won’t raise taxes on the Middle Class, except he did

Obama’s Law: For every Obama position today there is an equal and opposite Obama position yesterday.

This is a great ad depicting the hypocrisy of Obama on his promise of not raising taxes on the so-called middle class:

So Obama said over and over that the penalty on the mandate isn’t a tax yet as soon as they go into the court system to argue Obamacare they argue that it’s a tax. And they got their wish and now Obama will be responsible for a freaking huge tax on the middle class.

It’s all moot because we’re going to kick his butt out of office come November and get this monstrosity repealed.

Great ad. To show the contradiction to his own words is powerful.

  • Nukeman60

Ahhh, he made a ‘firm pledge’. I see now. It wasn’t a ‘definitive pledge’ or a ‘rock solid pledge’. It was a ‘firm pledge’. Not meant to be upheld for more than three years. If you wanted the full-bore ‘rock solid’ pledge, you should have asked for the extended warranty. Sorry, can’t help you now.

      Great video. Thanks!

  • Here is the deal. Besides saying that repeal Romney needs to specifically say what he will do that is better. Ie Commerce across 50 states, HSA, etc. Put together a plan and hammer this man!

  • 4Hoppes2

According to the article linked below, Obamacare could cost as much as $6 Trillion dollars. If that doesn’t require a tax increase of incalculable sums what the heck does?/

  • toongoon

Looks like we’ll be saying hello to President Romney come January.

I hear Kenya is a real nice place for obama to go to. Maybe his brother will take him in.

  • What a day today has been!

Holder held in contempt of Congress ( whom I also hold in contempt)! The only good news of the day.

A Scotus ruling that has people angry and fearful for their futures, and that of their children and grandchildren. Thank you so much for betraying the citizens, Roberts. Not to mention the Constitution.

An all out spin by ‘pundits’ explaining how ‘brilliant’ John Roberts is for voting against the will of a majority of Americans. This meme will grow a life of its own. If he is so ‘brilliant’ to cast a vote for ‘down the road benefits’, then he was dishonest in casting his vote for a dire problem facing us today! 20 new taxes in the Act are now yours to pay, citizen. Enjoy!

Congradulations! You’ve been knifed in the back. Oh, and just a reminder, the Bush tax cuts expire in January, 2013. Add these into the the batch of new Obama/Robertscare taxes.
Do you know where the extra money you’ll need will come from? No?

Consider a diet, a government TAX diet. The whole family will be on it out of nesscessity. More taxes out of your paycheck means less food on the table, less fuel in the gas tank, higher energy bills to pay, and you get to pay for it all with less take take home pay. Again, congradulations, you have just become one of the poor.

Yes, just another day in the confusing and insane world of American politics. Screwed again.

The one sure thing that did not change today? Obama is still the liar and hypocrite that he was last week, last month, last year. Don’t you feel ever sooooo much better knowing that there are still a few things you can count on?!

    • Sober_Thinking

Time to take that knife out of our backs and use it to cut the cord with these Jack wagons! The Tea Party will do what they do best – come out and vote and take out the trash.

  • Army_Pilot1967

There he goes again………..lie after lie after lie.

Young people between 26, beyond their parents purview, and 56, the final year of protection of Medi-care and social security, better wake up!! Read up kids this is all going to fall on you! After that, we’re broke and cannot afford to support you, your kids or your grand kids. Listen to Paul Ryan and Rand Paul, get yourselves better educated, learn, and make better choices than we have. It’s imperative, for our survival and yours.

Those who think this ruling will hasten PBO’s demise come November are dreaming… those most infuriated by this ruling were never going to vote for him anyway.

For the hard left, this energizes them to get off their buts, maybe offsetting the right who is now alert and upset.

But, the large mushy middle, who don’t know what they stand for will hear over and over from PBO and his surrogates how this vindicates his 1st term and the law itself. Conservatives and consitutionalists will be on the defensive against the headwind of this case.

This ruling is nothing but bad. How can a PBO vindication be viewed as positive?

WORSE… this ENTRENCHES in judicial presidence an every growing statist position.

Flags at half mast, lanterns and pitchforks!

The ONLY thing positive, politically this country has had going since Nov, 2008 is the TEA Party and some courageous state govenors and state legislatures … thank goodness they’ve brought us a few sound voices.

Gotta run… time to cling to my guns and religion 😀

“Obama’s Law: For every Obama position today there is an equal and opposite Obama position yesterday.”

Miltary version: “Talk shite and bark at the moon”.

  • DCGere

A lib claims this ACA is better than nothing and will improve our bad healthcare system. Idiot has no idea how much it’ll cost him to get crappier services. The sheeple are truly ignorant. November can’t come quick enough!

  • Sober_Thinking

The Liar-and-Chief. The Clintons said and did ANYthing to get elected. Obama is far worse.

I can’t wait until November… That tsunami on the horizon is the Tea Party coming to crush these bums and wash away all the lies. Let’s see if he smirks then.

  • nibblesyble

Newt who is taking a much needed break in Italy, was reached for comment and he made it clear that what Justice Roberts did was not good for Obama because he now has to defend the biggest tax increase in history on the American people. This may just be Obama’s un-doing, Lord I hope so.

    • freenca

Me too Nibblesyble! It’s a case of egos run-amok on all fronts. They each want to be important, more than any other and it shows. Pray for sunshine!

      • nibblesyble

I’m praying freenca, I am praying every waking moment, and probably some while I sleep! I never thought I would be glad of Romney winning, and frankly I am still unsure what he will really do to repeal Obamacare, but Obama the crook needs to go! We must then focus on getting conservatives elected to the House and Senate to hold Romney accountable. Sunshine here we come!

  • Obama got elected because he told all the idiots “free ice cream”. Today they learned its not free for everybody. Read my lips, the community organizer better find his stapler he will soon be back to hanging flyers on telephone poles on the South Side of Chicago.

  • 12grace

Love the ad. Now to get Americans to pay attention to who and what obama is…..

  • PAWatcher

obamacare is in our court now- get out the vote for anybody who will repeal this Tax Act.

  • obama lying, POS!

  • toongoon

Pelosi on the importance of telling people the truth. This woman is PURE EVIL.

  • Amy

    So… Riddle me this Batman.

Roberts & crew rewrote the law to make this a tax vs. a mandate. However – Article I, Sec. 7 of the US Constitution says: “All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives.” The law that the SCOTUS ruled on originated in the Senate, was passed first by the Senate and then by the House.

So… how is it a tax? Unless – Roberts just single handedly amended the US Constitution?

For those of you saying Roberts was being crafty – I don’t buy it. And I don’t know which is a scarier thought. That Roberts doesn’t understand that taxes start in the House – or that he just flat out disregarded it.

    • Sandra123456

Agree. I, too, am not buying the thinking this morning that Roberts is being crafty.

Let’s repeal their power to tax. Repeal the 16th Amendment. Shouldn’t be too hard to do.
