Morning Joe broke out in a verbal brawl after Joe Scarborough began joking about the “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” lie disproved by Eric Holder’s Ferguson report. This was not taken well by Lawrence O’Donnell who stubbornly clings to lies like Mike Moore on a cronut.
