This morning on the Melissa Harris Perry show they turned up the idiocy to eleven as they were discussing birthright citizenship. While there was much stupidity, this was the comment that took down the award for most obscenely moronic.

Yeah, I don’t remember reading those letters from Union military members writing home to their loved ones about how they’re fighting to make sure illegal aliens can have citizenship rights for their children born in the United States. But hey, dude’s a Vice Dean at Colombia Law School, so maybe he knows something about the pro-illegal immigration policies of the Union army that the rest of us don’t.
