MSNBC: Obama ‘politically toxic’ according to new poll; CNN: Democrats thinking “Ugh!”

Obama hits 41%, an all time low in his approval rating, and only 39% want Democrats in charge. According to MSNBC this makes Obama politically toxic going into the midterms:
