According to Axios, which has been very reliable on their scoops, Mueller has tens of thousands of emails from the Trump transition team.

Axios reports that Mueller is using the emails to find leads in his investigation.
The transition emails are said to include sensitive exchanges on matters that include potential appointments, gossip about the views of particular senators involved in the confirmation process, speculation about vulnerabilities of Trump nominees, strategizing about press statements, and policy planning on everything from war to taxes.
And they say that the transition team thought Mueller would come asking for emails, so they selected emails out that they believed were “privileged.” But then they discovered it didn’t matter – Mueller had already obtained ALL of the emails…
The report makes it sounds like the Trump team is really cooperating as much as possible – and that’s a good sign if you believe they’re innocent.
