Vargas is the illegal alien from Philippines (not Mexico, so adjust your epithets) who mocked ICE and later produced a show on MTV called “white people” to call white people a bunch of racists.
Amazingly, he was detained by ICE in 2014, and he’s still roaming around trying to gain sympathy for law-breakers:
