Yesterday Romney hit hard. Today the RNC takes a strike at Obama on Medicare showing how his campaign sees these cuts as an achievement:

Social Security Administration To Purchase 174 Thousand Rounds Of Bullets!

THE SSA plans to shoot out the port side of wheelchairs so the Senior think they are in a NASCAR race!

Why would these Government agencies need all these weaapons and ammo?

What is going on in those sick little minds?

Stephanie speaks like an alien from Outer Space !

    • sDee

      In that article:

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has put out a contract for 46,000 rounds of hollow point bullets.

Homeland Security purchased 450 million rounds of .40-caliber hollow point bullets that are designed to expand upon entry and cause maximum organ damage, prompting questions as to why the DHS needed such a large amount of powerful bullets merely for training purposes.

This was followed by another DHS solicitation asking for a further 750 million rounds, including 357 mag rounds that are able to penetrate walls.

Me thinks O’Bambi and his followers are preparing for the race war he will start to either prohibit the election or prohibit his removal from THE AMERICANS WHITE HOUSE!

      • Dukehoopsfan

That’s pretty amazing when you consider that agent Brian Terry was armed with bean bag shells for his shotgun when he was murdered.

    • WhiteGuy2

FEMA camps? is their purpose to keep us in, or to keep us out? We will find out soon enough. One thing is certain, the feds are up to something big.

    • Its INFOWARS….if you want to sound smart, don’t quote Alex Jones!

      • WhiteGuy2

Alex Jones has never heard a conspiracy theory he didnt like. However 1 out of 100 theories just might have legs.

  • Nukeman60

Ahhh, good ole Stephie Cutter, the grinch that keeps on giving. I’m beginning to like her better than Debbie Whatshername Schultz as the top idiot of the Democratic campaign mismanagement.

    • Joe

      Stephanie is

      Valerie Jarrett’s – EVILER twin!

      • p m

        Ain’t nobody eviler than V.Jarrett.
But she comes close. Same evil looking facial expressions too.

    • She is Satan’s mistress.

      • Joe

I wouldn’t doubt it at all!

  • I’m a senior, and, like it or not, I depend on Medicare. That was MY MONEY he stole to prop up his own egoistical, communistic, stinking plan and I WANT IT BACK! The sleazy, double-dealing manipulating sobs.

    • detectivedick

Don’t forget the closet Progressive and Impeached President Clinton applied income tax to Social Security benefits. To be fair and for the common good, the LIAR should tax Welfare benefits, EBT’s, Energy Assistance, Food Stamps….come on you Progressive’s let’s share the taxes for the common good.

    • Nopefull

The PACs have to create and pay for ads about information that news media should be reporting. Can you imagine how this campaign would be had the Supreme Court struck down PACs? That is why Obama berated them in his SOU address. The MSM media is so much in the tank for this guy it is easy for the casual news consumer to not understand what a disaster this man is. We are lucky that Obama inherited a poor economy to show the world the wreckage of socialism on small business owners and middle class workers, otherwise if he had started with a strong economy he could have gotten away with his attacks on our free enterprise system just like LBJ did and put the US in a situation of not being able to recover. There is still time, if he gets booted out of office.

  • In 1983, the payroll tax was increased substantially in response to the recommendations, the previous year, of the Greenspan Commission on Social Security Reform. Prior to 1983, Social Security had operated on a “pay-as-you-go” basis with each generation responsible for paying for the benefits of the generation that preceded them.
The 1983 legislation changed the nature of Social Security funding. In addition to paying for the benefits of the preceding generation, as was customary, the baby boomers were also required to pay additional taxes to partially pre-fund their own retirement.
The net result is that the baby boomers have paid more into Social Security than any other generation. Yet they are often made scapegoats and blamed for the Social Security funding problem. I am not a baby boomer, but I am very sympathetic to them. They are getting a bum rap.
The intent of the 1983 legislation was to generate large Social Security surpluses for the next 30 years that were supposed to be saved and invested, in order to build up a large reserve in the trust fund that could later be drawn down to pay benefits to the baby boomers. The 1983 payroll tax hike has generated more than $2.5 trillion that is supposed to be in the trust fund. If the trust fund actually held this amount in real assets, full Social Security benefits could be paid until at least 2037 without any changes. Unfortunately, none of the surplus revenue was saved or invested in anything. It was all spent, by the government, on wars and other government programs without making any provisions for repaying the money. (from )

They have stolen from SS and have not paid back the money and now from Medicare. Is it any wonder these programs don’t have a prayer of working long term? I am a boomer and wonder if retirement will be an option.

    • Joe

It is an option right now

Take a look at the ages of the workers in fast food restaurants and other retail stores

    • Democrats stole it with Al Gore casting tie breaking vote as VP. They stole so much money that it is unrecoverable. And Boomers aren’t getting a bum rap. They voted in and supported the politicians that stole the money and supported the purposes of the theft. Boomers are not getting a free pass on this one. They own it. They have also blocked any changes to discontinue the policy. To this day any yearly surplus on SS is spent on other things and dumped into the general fund. SS is pie in the sky nonsense and needs to be dumped. No one should ever trust any politician with one thin dime let alone their empty promises of retirement. SS is immoral. Entitlements are immoral and have been an anchor around the neck of this country and mankind. Entitlements undermine all responsibility from the giver and the receiver.

      • Nukeman60

I’m a baby boomer. Just because you were alive when this theft of SS happened, doesn’t mean you wanted it or liked it. I’ve been working since I was 13 years old. After almost 50 years of paying for this program and for medicare, taking it away at the last minute leaves a sour taste in my mouth (that is why Ryan’s medicare plan talks of preserving it for 55 and older and reforming it for all others).

I have tried to set myself up with other income for my retirement, because I suspected SS would not be there. But that does not take away the sense of robbery that I hold. If they would just let me have what they took from me over the last 50 years, with a meager 3% interest rate, I’d be comfortably well off today.

Quietly replacing SS funds with a room full of IOUs was a Ponzi scheme the likes of which Bernie Madoff would have been proud of. Taking this money for their own uses is the major reason no politician up till now wants to allow SS and Medicare reform. It’s been a cash cow of phenomenal proportions.

        • Patriot077

My thoughts as well, Nuke. It’s a complicated topic that both parties have been afraid to deal with – because they know darn well they have been scamming the public.
I have always tried to prepare for my retirement as well. Now savers are being punished. We lost a lot in the meltdown, our houses are unsellable, and we get almost no interest on our cd’s.
My husband collected SS for 6 whole months after paying in for over 40 years! They even took back the last check, without notice, because he died too early in the month. You damn right I feel robbed.
It’s a pity that people younger than us find it so easy to blame the boomers instead of the shysters in Congress. As if they have ever been honest with the voters about what they were doing. Left to our own devices, we would have saved the SS deduction ourselves and would own the principal and the interest. How many other responsible people would do the same? The Majority. Not everyone has a ward of the state attitude the gov’t would like to foist on us.

          • Not totally correct. G W Bush tried and was thrown under the bus and even the people of this country let that happen for the most part. I made my protests known but there simply wasn’t enough of us as told to me by a congressman personally.

Sad part is Ryan’s plan includes means testing which is more theft.

            • Nukeman60

I applauded Bush’s attempt at SS reform. It was shot down quickly, sadly enough, but he said publicly what should be done to save the system. He was hurt politically by that position.

        • It doesn’t take away my sense of robbery as well. I’m a Gen X’er and I will see nothing. Your sense of outrage doesn’t negate the lack of responsibility for votes and political participation through the decades. It is what it is. Everyone must accept a measure of responsibility for letting the continual corruption and theft happen. Tea Party should of happened about two decades ago with the very theft of the funds by Clinton administration.

I can tell you as a Gen X’er I will not pay anymore to save these programs in taxes. I and many others like me will come to a screeching halt. I already max out contributions mid summer as it is and will never see a return. John Galt will have many brothers and sisters.

Just wait Gen Y is waking up to this as well.

And I hate to tell you but SS and Medicare were a Ponzi scheme right out of the starting gate. Even if the theft never happened it was never sustainable and has been nothing but one gigantic lie after another. You are correct about the 3%! What is ironic is the very people that support entitlements the most are those that have supported abortion and the very sustainability of the entitlements they love.

  • Army_Pilot1967

Hey, Miz Cutter, a cut in funding is not an achievement….it’s a cut, a reduction, it is less money available to seniors that need medicare, so how in the “real” world is reducing something an achievement? It’s like robbing Grannie and Grandpa to pay on obama’s fraud-scheme….obamacare. A fraud-scheme that was jammed down America’s throat by the imperial king of the United States: King barack hussein obama!!!!

    • Orangeone

Plus the seniors will be forced to pay the taxes contained within ObamaCare on top of it!

  • NYGino

C’mon Stephanie, don’t be humble, tell us about the yearly deficits and the trillions he put us in the hole for. By your standards these are truly great achievements also.

  • Orangeone

The R Squared team and their supporters are on a roll. Keep it up America!

The republicans are blamed for wanting to cut medicare benefits, in this dirty campaign and Obama cut over $700 billion in medicare to support his Obamacare. What a disgraceful LIE by Obama.
