The NIH director is quoted as saying per Fox News:
“Frankly, if we had not gone through our 10-year slide in research support, we probably would have had a vaccine in time for this that would’ve gone through clinical trials and would have been ready.”
Stuart Varney then proceeds to show us some of the outlandish studies the NIH has funded over the yeas that most of us would call a complete waste of or our tax money.
