Even Franklin Graham has come out against Ted Cruz for not ‘keeping his word’ and endorsing Trump:
Ted Cruz made headlines last night at the Republican convention by not keeping his word and endorsing Donald J. Trump. It’s a shame that this is what people are talking about rather than some great things that came out of yesterday’s speeches.
Look I have a deep respect for Graham and how he’s taken stands on big issues against the Obama administration. So I’m not going to attack him on this.
But he’s clearly wrong about it, and I don’t get why he can’t see that. Trump said vile things about Cruz’s family and if Trump had trashed his father like he did Cruz’s, I suspect Franklin might not be so quick to endorse him either.
Ah well, can’t agree with everyone all the time.
