Obama held an early morning press conference on Sunday where he admitted that he was in personal contact with Putin in order to beg him to stop airstrikes on U.S.-backed rebels against Assad, and asked that he would start hitting ISIS.

I can’t imagine how that conversation went. Obama is trying to “reason” with Putin to explain to him why he should attack ISIS, when Putin’s only interest is to back up his ally, Assad. Isn’t it fascinating that Obama is trying to persuade Putin that he’s not doing enough against ISIS?
