In an interview this morning, Obama suggested that he THINKS Ferguson isn’t alone, that other police departments are probably racist just like Ferguson or something:
THE HILL – Obama painted the Ferguson report as atypical but unsurprising in his first public comments since the report’s release.
“I don’t think that is typical of what happens across the country but it’s not an isolated incident,” he said.
“I think there are circumstances in which trust between communities and law enforcement have broken down, and individuals or entire departments may not have the training or the accountability to make sure that they are protecting and serving all people and not just some.”
Ugh. Of course he thinks this, because he sees everything through the prism race, just like his Attorney General.
In fact, you need to read this column from IBD on how Eric Holder used bogus statistics so he’d be able to accuse the Ferguson PD of patterns of racism. It makes Obama’s comments above even more infuriating once you know the truth.
