More problems with this disastrous law known as Obamacare are cropping up. This time it’s the fact that the IRS counts fire department volunteers as ’employees’ and thus it forces volunteer fire departments to operate under the rule where they must provide health insurance if they have 50 or more full-time employees, full-time being 30 hours or more a week. So either they comply and spend thousands of dollars or shut down:
So Republicans, where is that pressure campaign to repeal this disastrous law?
