OPM cyber-attack WORSE than Bradley Manning leak, WORSE than Snowden leak, says Jason Chaffetz

House Representative Jason Chaffetz said that the Office of Personnel Management cyber attack that resulted in 21 million records of federal employees being leaked is much worse than the Snowden leak, and much worse than the Bradley/Chelsea Manning leak.

Chaffetz then demurred when Tapper asked if it really was a cyber attack originating in China.
