This is seriously pathetic. Since when is it ok for the State Department to sit there and refuse to answer if the HEAD of their organization followed their damn rules?!?

Of course, just the fact that they refuse to answer is a pretty compelling reason to believe that she didn’t follow the rules at all, and they just don’t want to be on record about it. It’s just incredible that they can brazenly refuse to answer such a simple question that is so terribly important to the country’s security.
