Paul Ryan was nearly jumping out of his skin in excitement over the GOP replacement bill.
In this short clip, he happily guarantees that the bill will get enough votes to pass the House:

His confidence is a little surprising, given the obstinacy of conservative GOPers, and the opposition from Democrats.

And he says that it’s an “act of mercy” to kill off the Obamacare bill, which he calls a “nightmare.”
