Newt Gingrich was punked by David Gregory MSNBC. What a naivety for Newt to go on that show and walked right into the trap set before him and became the lefty instant talking point. You think that an experienced heavy-weight politician would’ve known better and be wise to choose his media platform?“With allies like that, who needs the left?” Paul Ryan is right.
Speaking of Newt, some totally juvenille guy poured a box of glitter all over Newt and his wife tonight, as some sort of protest. Although, I didn't like Newts recent gaffe and I wasn't planning on voting for him in a primary, - this guys actions seem a little over the top.....
Newt Gingrich sounded Confused when he spoke to Bill Bennet He is TOO Smart and a Tin Political Ear! Like General McGrath
I also read today that Newt owes "at least" 250,000.- but maybe up to 500,000.00 on a Tiffany's revolving credit card account. His wife disclosed it, a few years back. How am I supposed to take him seriously, when discussing financial issues when he juggles his personal credit card debt- for his wife's jewelry jones?
Newt's call to Paul Ryan wasn't about understanding the magnitude of his statements and having second thoughts about it - he was absolutely pummeled by his party and average people in the streets. That is what happened. He obviously is unaware this is 2011, and voters are in a very ill temper. We simply aren't tolerating business as usual anymore, and if he wishes to remain even on the sidelines of the game, he has to choose his words carefully going forward. He knows the magnitude of the trouble he is in. That's all.
Nothing worse than a politician that can't mean what they say, they have to retract just to make a PARTY happy...thats pathetic no wonder why nothing ever gets accomplished are politicians aren't allowed to have their own opinions.
Ryan's plan makes sense. We need about 200 more just like him. The dems will demagogue the plan because if the system collapses in 9 years they simply find a Republican to blame.
On the other hand there's Allen West
west is great, but he is not going to run.how about giving cain a look, i cant find a reason not to support him,and i am pretty cynnical of candidates in gop.
i agree with you,but i also thought his answer on foreign policy was truthful.i put a lot of value on truth.
I really like Cain. He needs to focus his message a little better or people will right him off. He missed the foreign policy question at the debate. He needs to be fast on his feet when he goes into a debate with Professor O'barry.
It's all up to him.
