Ralph Peters: Putin is CHANGING THE WORLD while we do nothing

Ralph Peters confirms that Putin’s goal in Syria isn’t necessarily to take out ISIS. He argues that Putin intends to fight the anti-Assad forces so that all is left in Syria is Assad and ISIS, and then he’ll tell the world to pick which one has to go. Clever.

Peters also explains that Putin is now the one on the side of history, not us, and that he’s changing the world while we do nothing.
