Rand Paul said that his wife is a ‘no’ on him running for president in 2016:
The wife saying ‘no’ is a pretty big deal. The interesting thing is he’s hoping to change her mind which means he definitely wants to run in 2016. And my guess is he’ll do it. After all, it’s a Paul family tradition.
