Saying his foreign policy is more McCain than Trump is a very clever way of calling him a neo-con without calling him a neo-con. But I wish he had admitted that both Mattis and Pence seem to be more in line with McCain’s way of thinking than Trump’s so far. Given that this is the case, I don’t think Trump cares that his foreign policy might be opposed to what the president said on the stump. According to some reports, he just can’t get over Bolton’s magnificent mustache…
