In a segment on Judge Jeanine’s show, U.S. Representative Randy Forbes wonders if the amnesty by executive action means illegal aliens will be able to vote, and then segways into conjecturing that Obama might demand a third term and declare martial law if Congress objects.
So let me just say that I think this is rather alarmist, as you can go back every single year of an election and find nutters proclaiming that the president will declare martial law and suspend elections, Republican or Democrat. But is it true that Obama has opened up an unparalleled precedence of lawlessness in the Oval Office.
