CNN is reporting that not only were there concerns about the Obamacare website not dealing well with capacity, but that higher ups, like Sebelius, were knowingly playing them down on the first day of the rollout. They go on to say that the Obama administration didn’t even know what it wanted regarding the website, changing the goalposts so often that it was difficult for different builders to complete it.
