Last night Sooper posted on how Reince Priebus is said to be apoplectic over Trump refusing to back Paul Ryan.
Jon Karl with ABC News confirms that Priebus is furious, saying that he has met with Trump multiple times to try and get him to change course and they just can’t rein him in.
Further, Karl says senior GOP officials are actively exploring how to replace Trump should he drop out. Karl says they’ve concluded they can’t force him out, but that clearly some believe Trump dropping out is a big possibility, especially considering how unpredictable he is:

I used to think Trump would never drop out. But if he thinks he’s going to lose, then it could be a possibility, seeing as how tells everyone he’s a winner. Of course he’d tell everyone the election was rigged or something as his excuse.
But I wouldn’t count on it, as I just don’t see Trump going anywhere.
What’s amazing to me is that we are only 2 weeks out from the convention where everyone made sure that Trump’s power wasn’t contested, and the toupee is already hitting the fan.
