It’s being reported by CNN reporter Manu Raju that the Senate GOP will hold a meeting tomorrow if Roy Moore Wins in order to discuss what their next steps are going to be:

This generated a lot of reaction on Twitter and much of it had the same sentiment:
Please stop this charade. They didn’t stop Trump at the convention, they’re surely not going to stop Moore after he’s won an election. FFS. https://t.co/jRdVMrmT7W

Just for Ss & Gs: GOP didn't expel Larry Craig after his guilty plea in the Mpls airport case, an Ethics Committee finding that he was guilty, and his reneging on a resignation, in 2007-8. https://t.co/xguJBmDTui

Is there really any suspense here? If he wins, of course they'll seat him. They need his vote. #ALSen https://t.co/jUl8yvGhQg

Or they may make him primary Trump for 2020... https://t.co/CJXa677GUw
Spoiler Alert: They'll seat him and pretend he doesn't exist. https://t.co/4xb6bCjsrW

Yeah I don’t see this as going anywhere. The people of Alabama will speak tonight and whoever they choose will be seated in Congress.
