Retired Lt. General: Qataris will NOT monitor freed terrorists, they are dangerous and return to the battlefield

Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. William “Jerry” Boykin says he doubts that Qatar will monitor the Talibani terrorists released by Obama in the Bergdahl deal, describes them as very dangerous and predicts they will return to the battlefield very soon.
