Rush Limbaugh Parody of Clint Eastwood “Halftime in America”

Rush says that this is what he thought the Clint Eastwood “Halftime in America” ad should have sounded like. And it’s awesome:

I’ll be posting the full segment soon where Rush expounds at length on Eastwood’s actual ad and more.

UPDATE: Here’s the full segment from Rush:

    Who’s the punk, now, Clint?

That was great, was that Paul Shanklin doing the Clint Eastwood imitation?

  • Anonymous

    You feeling lucky, Obama?

  • Anonymous

LOL. Well Clint; “A man’s gotta know his limitations.”

    • Anonymous

      Brilliant! 🙂

      • Just strikes me how painfully drawn out the original version sounds compared to this piece of art.

  • I loved this. Made me spew my Coke 🙂

Rush hit it on the nail head with “the Clint Eastwood ad that we would expect to hear from him”.

Instead of hearing from Dirty Hairy or Gunny Highway…we heard another dose of pro-Obama propaganda.

  • Made my day!

Gotta love the thrill of adrenalin with the Top Gun finish! Are we ready to win???

  • Joe

I had to take a COLD SHOWER!

GOP make an ad from this!!

    • Anonymous

Aw dang! I said the same thing before reading your comment… excellent! 🙂

When I saw that Ad on Sunday it made me sick. Glad to see Rush call it for what we all know it is…

  • In trying to compromise with liberal/progressives, Clints sagacity hits the spot.
“I tried being reasonable, I didn’t like it.”

  • Another Clint Eastwoodism that seems to fit the Big O: “I’m interested in the fact that the less secure a man is, the more likely he is to have extreme prejudice.”

    Love Rush! This is great!

I suspect that most conservative women in America would leave the old man for Rush in a second.I dated a girl once that had a stipulation that if Rush came knocking I was history. My girl was Sandra Bullock.

Needless to say she ran off with a garbage man? Kinda trashy for my taste anyway so maybe it was a good thing.
      Rush Rules.

So ladies what’s the verdict? Would you run off with Rush?

Off topic but I’m a rule breaker!! Ken might beat me up and toss me in the garbage Haha.

I have to admit I am in love with Rush’s mind but he is tad bit too old for me. Smile.

Why? Because the conservatives are the adults in the room.

  • Fabulously STUNNING !!!!

Had a good belly laugh, this man goes for the Juggular and
    I LOVE IT !!!!

Don’t bother to try and make my day Clint. You’ve slowly walked into the sunset of your years and Rowdy Yates has morphed into Casper Milquetoast. Enjoy your irrelevance.

  • cabensg

This was brilliant and we could only wish it was broadcast on the Super Bowl Ad for all to see.

I’m a little fired up now! Whoo… cold shower time! 🙂

That is so 30 minutes ago. In all honesty, I did not read the book.

  • Eastwood’s too pink-blooded to say something like that.

  • Anonymous

Eastwood’s a fiscal conservative and not a fan of O. See this article, published last November:

  • Anonymous

Pure Rush!!!! I hope Clint Eastwood hears it.

    • Anonymous

Yes, I hope it makes a SUDDEN IMPACT.

    • Anonymous

      I hope Obama hears it.

      • Anonymous

        SO DO I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • 11Steve11

I am sure that he has. Now, we will see where Clint really stands! Silence is what I expect. And his silence will show us more then his words ever could. (I so hope that I am wrong)

  • The GOP RINO’s will pass on this ad as hateful rhetoric. They don’t want to upset the Independents. They’ll just continue with their pithy ads on how great America is, blah blah blah.

  • Nosmo King

Follow the money….Clint has his price.

I laughed like crazy at work when I heard this spoof.

  • Anonymous

    Yep…that sounds like Clint…….. riding a Moped and packing a .32 pistol

  • Anonymous

The full interview is piece of conservatve mastery! Rush is right!

  • Anonymous

We just heard the most powerful mouth in the world. Do you feel lucky, punk?

  • Constance

If only the Eastwood ad sounded like Rush’s version. If only.

  • You just *know* that Clint was walking to the Newt-n-Nancy couch….

  • Jay

You want to show Detroit rebounding, just take a drive down Gratiot Ave. with a camera. Looks like post-war Berlin.

  • What I heard when the ad played is what Rush’s version said!
I thought it was VERY anti obama, come together vote the toxic element out of here so we can start again.

  • bobemakk

Clint Eastwood’s remarks that Rush posted are right on. Clint Eastwood also said he is NOT a fan of Obama.

I still say the half time video was taken out of context.

  • I am hoping all received Rush’s message. The left will distort, lie, use computer editing, to make anyone say anything. Therefore, if you do not see it live, it has been edited.
