Sarah Palin says this was an excellent night, that now the American people know we can turn things around because Romney was able to articulate that contrast that everyone has been desiring to see. As for Obama, she said he didn’t have answers because he was missing “his buddy the teleprompter”. Ha!

I have to see the replay at work tomorrow! I only saw the last 30 minutes. The libs are going nuts.

    • sDee

I also missed most of the audio but was able to watch it. From the body language it looks like team Romney is getting under el Presidente’s skin, and that is a very good thing.

  • keyesforpres

Sarah is so gosh darned gorgeous and smart.

    • JohnBarry2012

      Sarah is so beaming tonight.

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_IJYM277N7VJNF772U6DUVQKHAE TIMERUNNER

        totally agree

    • http://profiles.google.com/ajtelles Art Telles

      Yep…

Sarah is ‘pretty smart’… and strong in will and body, too.

In her book ‘Going Rogue’ Sarah wrote that she pulled her young ones in a wagon as she went door to door asking for votes for the Wasilla City Council in 1992 and later for mayor of Wasilla in 1996, and later still they were with her in the car as she traveled the state of Alaska asking for votes for Governor of Alaska.

Maybe, in 2020 all of America will be

      Paging Sarah Palin…
      Paging Sarah Palin…
      Paging Sarah Palin…

I was going to compliment Gov. Palin about how great she looks. but you said it best.

  • cheezwhizz

he didn’t have answers because he was missing “his buddy the teleprompter”.
    +++++++
Obama needs a teleprompter to help him pee

    • Watcherinla

That is the best laugh I’ve had lately. Teleprompter… sending instructions.

  • http://profiles.google.com/07gibsonlp Brian Witowski

I didn’t see the debate because I’m trying to keep by blood pressure under control but judging from these clips, Obama looks absolutely lost and almost bewildered. Like a combination of humiliation, embarrassment and confusion all wrapped in one.

    • http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo Stewie

It was therapeutic, make sure to watch it.

      • GRITSMama

Oh that was good Stewie! I was with friends and family who MADE me sit down and watch, yeah glad I did, it was great and therapeutic!!!!

  • SaraPFan

Before Palin answered why Obama was so downtrodden, I said because isn’t used to having to answer questions!

Doesn’t this President just walk away from reporters after giving a speech? He doesn’t take questions from reporters. Now he has to be reduced to answering a moderator’s questions for more than 1 hour and reduced to being subject to the American people!!! Oh the thought!!

    • http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo Stewie

What is surprising is that these questions were all selected by the moderator. Could you imagine if a real media got to choose the questions?

  • anyonebutbarry2012

barry looked like the narcissist tool he is. mitt did have the answers, he can do the job, he looked like a leader. people who don’t come out to vote for romney have no excuse.

  • detectivedick

In all fairness, I am shocked at how BAD Obama was tonight. He did not even look or speak like a Chicago Alderman. He sounded like a tired and beaten Community Organizer.

    • keyesforpres

      Works for me!

    • WinMissouri

I have been wondering if it was intentional to lower the expectations for the next two and he has the appearance to be great in the next two.

      • sno_warrior

you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Romney looked good and Obummer, not so much!

      • WI4Walker

Plus, early voting has started in some states. A better performance later on won’t help with that.

      • pdxlady

It was not intentional. Barry is such a narcissist that he would never go for looking anything but the best.

There was one reporter on Greta last night (red hair, don’t know his name) that I think nailed it. Talking about the preparation/debate, he said something like, It was like my not thinking I need to take an English class because I already know English.

Barry can’t be told anything, he already knows everything. HA!

    • StandProudNow

I was actually surprised at how poorly he came across. In every way.

      Surprised and HAPPY!!!!

  • proudhispanicconservative

You know Sarah is predicting that Obama and his cowards in the administration might try to pull one on us, Now I dont know what that may be but we have to really be vigilant. If Obama sees Romney going away he might do something to stop it.

    • detectivedick

The USA is very tense right now and most feel it is the have nots that are controlling this election. Why?, they want more under the dog whistle of a “fair shot”. I say get of your butts and work! The empty chair will do anything to keep power!

    • StandProudNow

I do not think he might do something to stop Romney. I KNOW he will do whatever it takes to stop romney.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_IJYM277N7VJNF772U6DUVQKHAE TIMERUNNER

I’m concerned about the middle of October, obama is a dangerous man. America/Iran.):

      • pdxlady

I agree, we have this whole month for Barry & co. to pull anything. This is what we have talked about all summer…there is absolutely nothing that they won’t do to maintain their power grip.

        “Wag the Dog” anyone?

        • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_IJYM277N7VJNF772U6DUVQKHAE TIMERUNNER

You Are So Right On! I was asked directly by my father in law what I thought might happen. The converstaion lasted about 1 hour after playing the possible senarios, I thought were possible. So I can’t list all that conversation here, but If anything is going to happen I feel pretty sure it must happen around or before the 23rd. of Oct.. Just as with Stevens, the left will need time to cover the facts before the election, I think they will need 2 to 3 weeks to accomplish that. The drones won’t know what hit them but you,I,We will know.
One very important thing thought to think about is, the Israeli facter, Obama may try and force Israels hand, obamas attack on IRAM then Obama setting back and letting IRAM send missle into Israel then when israel responds, blame Israel for any esccalation, then the whole world truns against Israel and hence WW3.
I hope I made that simple to understand, Not that I think you are simple but just for me to try and keep it simple.

If You want any clearification from me jst ask I’ll do my beat. This is a deep deep dark senario, but it makes a little sense when thinking about Obama as Stated By Madonna she said at her concert, Obama is Americas 1st Black Muslim President.

My father in law and others there with us were as scared a hell and really for the first time since Obama was sworn in, I’m a little scared too! but don’t tell anyone, some think I’m bigger than life, but of course we’re not, we’re just Americans who love our Nation as founded and see the danger we’re all in right now, right this very minute.

Thank you Timerunner for your thought-full reply. There is speculation everywhere about what may or could be done by this evil Chicago machine that is running this administration. We know that they are capable of anything, so we must pray much and stay vigilant and on guard.

I’ve thought perhaps he would start a war w/ Libya to “avenge” (translate: change the focus off his weak performance & lies in dealing with the terrorist attacks) the killing of our US Ambassador and US citizens.

            And I have been praying this verse that I posted in the open thread yesterday along with some references from other websites;

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour.” 1 Peter 5:8 This we know for sure!

              amen…Amen!

it seems the pits of hell have been released.

Its going to be a rough couple weeks for Obama with Romney kicking his ass in this debate and Ryan up against Biden next.

    • detectivedick

The Ryan and Biden debate should be cancelled because it falls under the catagory of VP abuse. Ryan will make Joe look like PeeWee Herman.

      • JohnBarry2012

Can’t wait for the VP debate when Paul Ryanator the stench is going for the KO on Joe Bidenator.

    Thanks RS for this post.

    Excellent interview by the Governor.

For those who missed it, here is the interview of the Governor on Cavuto’s show earlier this evening:

  • JohnBarry2012

After the diplomatic gentlemen handshake, noticed the slap-for-slap on the arms.

  • http://conservatives4palin.com/ Mary Beth House

Another key point… Governor Palin warns that a threatened Obama is more likely to pull off some sort of stunt in order to retain power and we need to keep on guard for it.

  • wodiej

Great commentary w Gov. Palin. I expected no less.

  • kamiller42

The teleprompter is a cute comment, but there are two more poignant points she made:

    1. Obama lost the debate because he was coddled by the liberal media. Him being coddled shielded him from challenges, and Obama’s ineptness to defend his positions showed tonight.

    2. Obama camp is going to strike back. They play dirty ball. Enjoy the victory tonight, but get ready for them to pull something nasty. Not a prediction, but just be prepared.

    Great analysis by Palin tonight.

    • PhillyCon

Re: #2, she speaks from experience. These are Alinsky thugs, and I sincerely hope Romney and his circle are not naive enough to think that all is well now.

      • BHliberty

Agree PhillyCon! My hunch is that the Romney campaign have a pretty good handle on what’s going on and come back fighting! I mean, like Governor Palin said, “Anybody can act”!

  • PFFV

Romney was outstanding and reflected Tea Party Patriot views! Romney took Obama to school on how to promote job growth by cutting the burden on job creators and cutting regulations on small businesses!

  • colliemum

Excellent analysis by Sarah Palin, she put her finger right where it hurts Obama.

And she also called the corrupt media out. By doing so, she makes sure that people know and won’t let themselves be taken in.

Her warning about a lashing out from the Obama campaing is very important – forewarned, forearmed!

  • Rocco11

Mitt took Obama for a ride cross country strapped to the roof of his car…

Gov. Sarah Palin has a pretty smile & a quick, perceptive wit. She is chic, charming, charismatic.

      I agree completely.
Confucius say, compliments carry far, but smile good for soul.

  • http://navalwarfare.blogspot.com/ Libertyship46

This is SUCH a good day for conservatives and for America! Obama looked terrible and his only answer to anything was to spend more money. Romney destroyed him. And Obama did so badly because this is the first time in four years when somebody, anybody, stood up and asked him to defend his position on everything. It was the first time Obama was challenged, and it showed. You know who really looks bad in all of this? The mainstream media. Romney did the job the mainstream media should have been doing for four years.

Since this thread is related to FOX NEWS…let’s have a look…

Fox interviewed Barak Barfi employed at New America Foundation (Soros Funded) regarding Libyan crisis yesterday.
He names Muhammad Jamal Abu Ahmad as one of the coordinators of the Embassy attack; he was released from Egyptian prison during Arab Spring riots.

National Review Online (NRO – another RINO think tank, quotes Barfi as well)…controlling the message?

Is it fair to say Soros owns both sides of the aisle?

Barfi wants the US to support Libyan militias called, “Feburary 17 brigade”, this is a muslim brotherhood group who was “GUARDING” the US Embassy at the time of the attack and were told to stand down when al-qaeda attacked via phone call from Libyan politician and another group called “Libya shield brigade”.

Interesting NAF is also associated with Globalist groups like Coucil on Foreign Relations (CFR), Ford Foundation, Brookings Institute, Carnegie Corporation of New York, Pew Charitable Trusts, and a faculty member at Al Quds University (a Palestinian school in East Jerusalem) who sits on their board. Also NAF views Israel as an occupier of Palestine.

Fox News shareholder funded ‘Ground Zero mosque’ imam: report
Newscorp No 2 Share holder, Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, donates to Muslim Brotherhood’s CAIR and Ground Zero Mosque…He also is tied to RINO king maker Grover Norquist via his buddy Suhail Kahn who works with Dr. John L. Esposito who runs the MB dawa operation “The Prince Alwaleed Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding”
(PACMCU) at Georgetown University named after himself.

The second largest shareholder in News Corp. — the parent company of Fox News — has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to causes linked to the imam planning to build a Muslim community center and mosque near Ground Zero in Manhattan, says a report from Yahoo!News.

According to the report from Yahoo!’s John Cook, Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, who owns seven percent of News Corp., “has directly funded [Imam Feisal Abdul] Rauf’s projects to the tune of more than $300,000.”

    • sDee

“Is it fair to say Soros owns both sides of the aisle?”

Accurate. The political establishment is Kabuki Theater. All the same criminals, sellouts and quislings.. Some wear elephant costumes, some donkey.

    • GetWhatYouPayFor

I have been a believer that Soros owns both sides of the aisle, for a long time. I will take my chances with Romney because Obama has demonstrated total disregard for our Republic and the voice of the people. The Tea Party will gain strength at the first sign of GOPe malfeasance.

  • dontdrinkthecoolaid

I agree, the LIBs will do something drastic. Like causing a crisis to declare martial law so Obama can suspend the elections and declare himself king.

    • sDee

That is probably the best case scenario as there are 10 million or so of us law abiding citizens ready to restore a lawful representative government and courts anyway.

  • mder4thegov

Great insight Gov. Palin: Obama’s been coddled from Day 1, he’s lost without a teleprompter, and Romney better be prepared for the Chicago thuggery. Good stuff.

  • GetWhatYouPayFor

The Emperor lost more than his robe last night. Astonishing rout. Sarah was right to caution Americans. The ‘kitchen sink”, is coming, including weird Mormon’s running the Country. Buckle up the chin straps because Michelle and Valerie Jarret are not giving up those taxpayer funded vacations without laying waste to every resort in the Country. The word “vicious” comes to mind.

  • LIBERTYUSA

… Obama looked like a ‘ DEER IN THE HEAD LIGHTS OF A 53 foot TRACTOR TRAILER CARRYING REFINED OIL DRILLED AND PUMPED IN ALASKA !”

  • Dodoforever Canspell

Sarah Palin is so right about the Obama gang not going down without fighting … and fighting dirty. The Chicago mobsters will plant something or create something out of thin air to discredit Romney and they will not consider it beneath themselves to go after his kids too. They did it to Palin and family, remember that?
The Republicans better make sure that they have more security around Obama from now on …. because nothing will melt the nation’s heart like an assassination attempt. No one will stop to think that it’s another plot by the Obama minions. If something like that happens, Obama gets another term… as sure as night follows day.

  • lcn1114

We watched the debate as a family. It was party-like. Kids were cheering for Romney! So much fun. They were still hyped about it at breakfast. I am certain they will take that excitement throughout their day today (college & High School) Great Job Governor Romney. I am so proud of you.

  • BHliberty

HaHa! Love this woman! She is so shrewd in her reporting in that the Obama campaign will make something up from thin air a crushing story about Mitt Romney. But something tells me that two can play this game and Mitt Romney will “pull a rabbit out of the hat” to counter back!
