Sebelius on whether Obama is responsible for botched Obamacare rollout: “Whatever”

Sebelius clearly didn’t want to blame Obama for the botched Obamacare rollout and when pressed on it several times she ended up saying ‘whatever’ and then admitting Obama is ultimately responsible for government programs:
