A lawyer for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was really offended by Cotton’s remarks at a hearing last week where he said GITMO detainees could rot in hell. This lawyer criticized him, suggesting that by saying it our troops captured overseas could get worse treatment.
Cotton responded and also defended his position on keeping GITMO open.
