Yesterday it was reported that the Iran affiliated Houthi rebels who toppled the Yemeni government had captured American hostages, and today reports on social media say they are trying to shut down freedom of expression:

Okay, so far Twitter basically seems to be blocked nationwide. However Facebook & YouTube are blocked in some areas only. #Yemen Peachy!
